All attendees must go through identity verification at the “VVIP・VIP Seat Identity Verification Booth.” Please ensure that you complete your registration within the registration period listed below. Upon completion of your identity verification, you will be given a wristband which you should wear until the end of the main show and Send-off event. 2. Please enter through the designated gate at the time specified for VVIP・ VIP seat entry. It is important that you arrive at the designated gate before the entrance start time listed below. ※ Please note that if you arrive late for the registration(include the identify verification time) and arrive after the entrance start time, you may not be able to enter inside of the venue during the sound check event. ※ VVIP・VIP ticket holders are all required to identity at the “VVIP・VIP Seat Identity Verification Booth” and receive the wristband before entering the venue no matter time of entry even after the opening time of the main show. In case the identity verification has not been completed, you will not be able to enter the VVIP・VIP area and participate in the Send-off event after the main show. 【VVIP・VIP Seat Sound Check Event schedule】 ■ "VVIP・VIP Seat Identity Verification Booth" Registration Location [Saitama] SAITAMA SUPER ARENA ・In front of A GATE of the venue [OSAKA] KYOCERA DOME OSAKA ・In front of 1 GATE of the venue ※Make sure to check※ 【Important Information for VVIP・VIP seats Ticket Holders】 ・VVIP・VIP seats ticket holders may attend the Sound Check event before the main show and watch the Sound Check event and the main show at the same seat in the VVIP・VIP seats in the arena area. ・Please note that once you have entered the Sound Check Event, you must stay inside the venue until the end of the main concert. VVIP seats ticket holders must stay inside the venue until the end of the send-off event. Re-entry to the venue will not be allowed if you leave during the event. However, you will be allowed to go to the bathroom, stores within the venue, or the lobby for some rest and fresh air. ・Please note that we do not provide partial or full refunds for tickets when you are unable to attend the Sound Check Event and Send-Off event due to any personal circumstances. ・Please be advised that the event time is subject to change due to unavoidable factors. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded in the event of any changes. ・You will not be allowed to take photos, take videos, record audio, or live stream (audio/video live streaming) inside the venue including during the Sound Check event and Send-Off event, in order to protect the artists' rights. 【Important Information Regarding the Send-Off Event for VVIP Ticket Holders】 ・The Send-Off event will be held about 30 minutes after the end of each show. The Send-Off event duration is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. ・Please be aware in advance that we don’t take any responsibility for your personal schedule (e.g., last train times) in case the start of the Send-Off event is delayed. ・Identify verification may be conducted at the time of the Send-Off event. Even if you are wearing a wristband, you will not be allowed to participate in the Send-Off event if your identity cannot be verified. We ask for your understanding. ・In this Send-Off event, you will walk through in front of the artist, and the artist will send you off. ・VVIP Ticket Holders are permitted to high-fives with the artist during the event. Any other physical contact or actions such as requests for autographs, giving gifts, taking photos/videos and recording audios by cellphone are strictly prohibited at all. 【Precautions for Identity Verification】 Please bring the following documents required for identity verification on the concert date. ① BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL/USA) "membership card" or "ONLINE MEMBERSHIP CARD(Screenshot is not allowed)" Physical membership cards are only sent to those who sign up for the membership kit. Those who do not have a physical membership card must prepare their "My Official Membership" screen on their cellphones before admission. Check the "ONLINE MEMBERSHIP CARD" on the BTS Weverse > More ( ⋮ ) > 9-digit membership number beginning with ‘BA’ displayed on the membership screen. ② 1 valid form of ID with your photo ・Passport ・One of the following official identifications issued in Japan that include your name in English Student ID with your photo Basic resident ledger card with your photo My Number Card with your photo Driver's license Credit card with your photo Residence card (foreigner registration certificate) Disability certificate with your photo * The identity verification document other than the eight listed above will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring one of the eight documents listed above on the day of the concert. * A copy of the identity verification document or expired identifications will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring the physical copy. ③ Printout that shows the ticket winner e-mail or shows the "Winner Screen" Make sure to bring a printed e-mail that was sent upon winning the raffle or the "Winner Screen" on "My Page" on the Lawson Ticket entry page. * If you do not bring the printed document, we will not be able to issue your ticket. * We will not be able to issue tickets to those who are not the winner themselves or cannot complete identity verification.
