STORE INFO - DATES | 2025.04.30 – 2025.06.15 - HOURS | 10:00 – 21:00 (UTC+8) - LOCATION | The Eastern Indoor Atrium(LG2), Suhewan MIXC WORLD, Shanghai RESERVATION & ADMISSION - The pop-up store will operate on a reservation-only basis from April 30, 2025, to May 6, 2025. Walk-in entry will be accepted starting May 7, 2025. [Reservation Method] *The reservation system will open on April 26 at 10:00 AM (CST). 1. Search for "SPACE OF BTS快闪店" on WeChat Mini Programs. 2. Register and proceed with the reservation by selecting your preferred time slot. 3. Enter the required reservation details and complete the booking. 4. Each user can reserve only one time slot per day. 5. Upon successful reservation, you will receive an entry verification code, which must be presented for admission. 6. The entry code can only be used for the reserved session and cannot be scanned again for re-entry after verification. [Admission] - Please check in at the pop-up store entrance 10 minutes before your reserved time for verification. - Entry is allowed at any time within the reserved session, but you must leave before the session ends. - Entry will not be allowed if you miss your reserved session. - Each reservation allows one-time entry only; re-entry is not allowed after exiting. - Please queue in an orderly manner for verification and entry. Delays may occur depending on the situation on-site. - Each session lasts 50 minutes. Please follow staff instructions and manage your shopping time accordingly. STORE POLICY - Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. - Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. - The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation. - CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. - We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. - Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. - Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. - Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. PURCHASE POLICY - Payment methods include WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank card, or cash. - Please check the product for any defects before making a payment. - Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are not allowed after payment. - If the purchased product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded on the purchase date with the receipt. Refunds are only available if the same product is out of stock for exchange. - For products that include photo cards, if a photo card has a severe defect exceeding 5mm, the entire set can be exchanged or refunded. However, individual photo cards cannot be exchanged separately. - Exchanges will be processed after confirmation by store staff and may not be possible in the following cases: ✓ If there is no unboxing video ✓ If the product is damaged by the purchaser including unboxing traces, product damage, or package damage ✓ If there are signs of use or wear ✓ If the product is damaged due to customer negligence ✓ If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5mm or less) on event giveaways or photo cards. - The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.
