Please line up 10 minutes before your scheduled session. - If you do not arrive within your reserved session time, your reservation will be canceled and entry will not be permitted. - You may only stay in the pop-up store during your reserved time slot. - Re-entry is not allowed. - Entry delays may occur depending on on-site conditions. Please follow staff instructions. *We strongly recommend securing your spot through the reservation system in advance to ensure entry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! [Admission] - Check in at the entrance 10 minutes before your session to verify your QR code. - You may enter at any time during the session but must leave before it ends. - Entry will not be allowed if you miss your reserved session. - Each reservation allows one-time entry only. No re-entry after exiting. - Please queue in an orderly manner for verification and entry. Delays may occur depending on on-site conditions. - Each session lasts 50 minutes. Please manage your time accordingly and follow staff instructions. [Store Policy] *Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions. - Due to limited quantities, some products and giveaways may sell out early. - Purchase is limited to a maximum of 4 items per product. - Pets are not allowed. Only service dogs are permitted. - CCTV is in operation for safety purposes. - Please take care of your personal belongings. The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. - Food and beverages are prohibited inside the store. - Commercial photography is only allowed with prior company approval. - Visitor photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes. - Failure to follow these guidelines or staff instructions may result in removal from the pop-up. - Photos or videos taken by the event organizers inside the store and in its surrounding areas may be used for promotional purposes. [Purchase Policy] - Accepted payment methods: debit card, credit card, or cash. - Please inspect the product for any defects before making payment. - No exchanges or refunds are allowed for change of mind after payment. - If the purchased product is defective, it may be exchanged or refunded on the same day with the receipt. Refunds are only possible if the item is out of stock for exchange. - For products that include photo cards: If a card has a severe defect exceeding 5mm, the entire set may be exchanged or refunded. - Individual cards cannot be exchanged separately. - Exchanges will only be processed after verification by staff, and may be declined in the following cases: ① If the product is damaged by the customer, including visible unboxing traces, product or packaging damage ② If there are signs of use or wear ③ If the damage was caused by customer negligence ④ If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5mm or less) on giveaways or photo cards - The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.
