We would like to inform ARMY, who wish to participate in the pre-recording, on how to participate. Please read through the following to ensure a safe and fun recording session. [Pre-recording Participation Information] 1. Pre-recording Time : 3:45 PM, Tuesday, June 17, 2025 (KST) 2. Number of Participants : 950 people (No waitlisted) 3. Participant Roll Call Time : Tuesday, June 17, 2025 11:30 AM ~ 1:00 PM Numbers 1 ~ 500 1:10 PM ~ 2:40 PM Numbers 501 ~ 950 4. Participant Roll Call Location : CJ ENM Studio Center (Paju) [Qualification] ARMY Membership holders AND have purchased 'Charm of HOPE' (Set) from Weverse Shop (Global) *[VIDEO CALL FANSIGN] Albums entered as part of the 'Charm of HOPE' (Set) are also accepted. - You are not eligible to apply if you do not meet both conditions. - You must purchase the set product to be eligible to apply. - Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will not be available after the winner announcement. - Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will be available during after the application has closed but before winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. [Pre-recording Application] 1. Winner Announcement: After 10:00 PM, Sunday, June 15, 2025 (KST) 3. How to Participate [Things to Notes] 1) Please be aware that due to the limited parking spaces available at the recording location, personal vehicles cannot be accommodated. 2) Please check in during the time slot of your ticket number. 3) If you arrive outside your time slot, you may be unable to check in depending on the on-site circumstances. 4) Please line up in the order of the ticket number during the second roll call after the check-in session has ended. 5) If you are late, you will be able to check in as the last participant after all arrivals have completed their check-ins. However, your entry cannot be guaranteed. 6) Arrivals after the participant roll call has ended will be marked as absent. 7) In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for j-hope ‘Killin’ It Girl’. 8) If you are late for the second roll call, you will be pushed to the back of the line, so please be sure to line up on time. 9) You must be 15 years old and above (born before June 17, 2010) to participate in this recording. 10) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 11) You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account.) 12) Taking photographs or videos, making audio recordings, or leaking the stage are strictly prohibited during the event. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Please note that if you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be asked to leave, and all recorded materials will be deleted immediately on-site. 13) Please make sure to bring the wristband distributed for every recording. Those whose wristbands have either been damaged or lost will be denied entry. 14) If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 15) you may deliver letters at this event. Please hand your letter to the on-site staff, and it will be delivered to the artist with care. (Only letters will be accepted; gifts other than letters cannot be delivered.) 16) Actions such as running to the vehicle of BTS members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such actions, you will be banned from participating in future recordings. We ask for your cooperation to ensure a safe recording for all ARMY and BTS members. 17) While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. [Required Items for Participant Roll Call] ID card (must include a photo that verifies your identity) & BTS OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK ★ You will not be able to participate if you fail to present all of the required items. There will be NO exceptions, so please make sure to check the required items carefully. - You must present both the Weverse raffle history screen and a valid form of physical ID to verify your identity. You are responsible for presenting a valid form of ID. - The ID card must match the information you used to apply and must clearly show your name, date of birth, and photograph. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. ※ What are valid forms of ID? * For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) * Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Residence Card - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID card app on-site. - If you entered your name in English when signing up for your ARMY Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. - You must use the name on the ID you will present at the event when applying to verify your identity. - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Please make sure to check the expiration date. - If you submit the ID card issue confirmation certificate, it must have a transparent sticker on the personal information, photo, and expiration date. If the transparent sticker is damaged or missing, we will not be able to verify your identity with the confirmation certificate. - For those who signed up through JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language.
