How to Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG LIVE PLAY official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the concert. OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Dates/Times - From 11 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday, June 28, 2025 - From 11 am to 6:30 pm, Sunday, June 29, 2025 * On-Site Sales Location - The Square in between Inner Gate 1 and Inner Gate 3 [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - A maximum of 2 TOUR MINI CHARM (GOYANG) can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of 10 MINI PHOTO CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of TOUR MINI CHARM (GOYANG), MINI PHOTO CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of 3 items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than 1 option, up to 3 items can be purchased per option (e.g., for L/S T-SHIRT, you can purchase up to 12 pieces, 3 pieces per size). [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Sold On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and receipt with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, or signs of being washed - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information Light Sticks will be synced for light effects at the #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG LIVE PLAY. For this concert, you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG LIVE PLAY Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
