[STORE INFO] * DATES | 2025.07.11 – 2025.08.18 * HOURS | 10:00–21:00 (extended to 22:00 on July 12–13)(CST) * LOCATION | Atrium, Gate 3, Wuhan Jiangchen Paradise Walk [QUEUE & ADMISSION] * The pop-up store is open for walk-ins only. Please follow the on-site instructions. * Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. * Leaving the queue or cutting in line may result in restricted entry. * Sequential admission after opening. * Queue numbers may be distributed for customer convenience if necessary. [STORE POLICY] * Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. * The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation. * CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. * We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. * Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. * Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Payment methods include WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank card, or cash. * Please check the product for any defects before making a payment. * Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are not allowed after payment. * If the purchased item is found to be defective, an exchange or refund can be arranged during the pop-up period upon presentation of the receipt and unboxing video. If the same item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, a refund will be provided. * For products that include photo cards, if a photo card has a severe defect exceeding 5mm, the entire set can be exchanged or refunded. However, individual photo cards cannot be exchanged separately. *Exchanges will be processed after confirmation by store staff and may not be possible in the following cases: - If there is no unboxing video - If the product is damaged by the purchaser including unboxing traces, product damage, or package damage - If there are signs of use or wear - If the product is damaged due to customer negligence - If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5mm or less) on event giveaways or photo cards. *The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.
