[Merch Shop Entry Information] - The Merch Shop is available only to visitors of the “j-hope Exhibition ‘AND WHAT?’ in SHENZHEN,” and cannot be accessed separately. - For information on ticket reservation and the exhibition, please refer to HYBE INSIGHT’s announcement and reservation page (LINK). - The Merch Shop is located at the end of the exhibition route before you exit. Depending on on-site circumstances, there may be a delay in entry if the number of people using the shop exceeds the occupancy limit. - You will be able to spend up to 30 minutes inside the Merch Shop, and re-entry to the exhibition or the Merch Shop is not permitted after exiting. [How to Purchase Merchandise] - All products may sell out early. The exhibition tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded even if the products are sold out. - The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product. The purchase limit for each product can be checked in the Merch Shop. - The purchase limit for each item is determined on a per-person basis, not on the number of tickets purchased. However, the purchase limit for each person is specific for each time slot. - Payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the purchase limit. - Shopping bags are available for customers who purchase products at an additional cost.
