Please note that walk-in admission will no longer be available. We deeply appreciate your understanding as this change was made with the utmost priority placed on the safety of our fans and staff. To accommodate more fans under this revised safety policy, we are opening additional RSVP slots. [Entry Information] - You must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your RSVP time and wait in the designated outdoor queue area as guided by staff. Early waiting before the designated time is not permitted. - Please note that entry may be delayed depending on on-site conditions. For smooth operation, please follow all instructions and guidelines provided by staff. - Please present your RSVP confirmation email along with a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or state ID) upon arrival. - Entrance may be restricted if you arrive after your slot has started. - Once your slot starts, staff members outside may guide you into the entrance. - To help ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience, each RSVP time slot will allow for a 30-minute visit. We kindly ask visitors to keep this in mind when planning their visit, as guests may be asked to exit once their allotted time has ended. - Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue. - Any behavior that disrupts the experience for others may be restricted by on-site security and the management team.
