The details on how to participate in each program will be provided by the on-site staff. 🔗 BTS THE CITY ARIRANG - Busan Notice <Love Song Lounge> Location: Haeundae Beach / Haeundae Event Square Event period: June 12, 2026 - June 14, 2026 (Every day between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (KST)) ※ This event does not require a separate reservation. [Event Guidelines] MUST READ! Notes on Admission - Visitors may enter and enjoy the event during operating hours. - Once inside the venue, please follow the designated viewing and walking routes as guided by the on-site safety staff. - The number of seats varies by REST AREA, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Seating in the REST AREA may close early depending on demand. Please check with the on-site staff for available zones. - While using seats or participating in the program, please help maintain order so as not to interfere with the movement and viewing experience of other visitors. - Depending on the level of congestion and safety conditions on-site, access to some zones may be restricted, and waiting procedures and walking routes may be adjusted flexibly. Please actively follow all on-site instructions. Participation Details - If there are visitors waiting while the REST AREA is in use, the usage time may be limited. - Please note that companion animals may not be allowed in specific event program areas. - Please note that event photography and filming will take place, and your image or likeness may be captured and utilized. (Participation in the event constitutes your consent to the use of your portrait rights.) - Due to limited space at the event venue, we are unable to provide on-site storage for personal items. - For items that are difficult to carry, we recommend using nearby subway lockers. - For your safety and to maintain public order, entering nearby buildings to take photos or view the event is strictly prohibited. - Excessive intoxication may result in restricted entry. Prohibited Items ※ For the safety and smooth operation of the event, the following items are prohibited on-site. - Prohibited drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances as defined by relevant laws - Weapons and any other dangerous items that may pose a threat to others - Belts or bracelets equipped with decorations or items that could cause physical injury - Fireworks, explosives, and any pyrotechnic-related items that pose a risk of fire or safety accidents - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), drones, and all related equipment - Chemicals and equipment for artificial rain, artificial snow, artificial fog, etc. - All wheeled items and personal mobility devices (bicycles, kickboards, electric wheels, skateboards, etc.), with the exception of wheelchairs and strollers - Items that may damage the sand or facilities at Haeundae Beach - Banners and promotional materials containing political, offensive, or hateful expressions ※ Restricted items are subject to change based on on-site conditions.
