Hello. BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4 firmware has been updated. To experience the enhanced performance, please update the firmware to the latest version. (latest firmware version is 1.1) [How to Update the Firmware] 1. Please run the latest version of the Light Stick App. (“BTS Official Light Stick Ver.4”) - Download the Official Light Stick App 2. Tap the menu button at the top right to connect the Light Stick. 3. When the Light Stick Update pop-up appears, tap the [OK] button. 4. Tap the [Update] button to proceed with the update. - If the Light Stick's battery is low, you cannot proceed with the Firmware update. Replace with three new AAA alkaline batteries, then start. Please refer to the image below for more information. ※ Please be sure to update the firmware before the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN. ※ Please use the BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4. ※ BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 and SE do not support Light Stick effects. ※ Firmware update and pairing may fail at the venue due to heavy crowds. Please update the firmware and pair your light stick in advance. ※ Due to the nature of the iOS operating system, after a Light Stick firmware update, attempts to connect the Light Stick may fail when establishing a Bluetooth connection between the Light Stick and the app. If a connection issue occurs, please turn your smartphone off and then back on, and try again.
