Step 3 : After completing your reservation, please click the “Check Reservation Details” button to confirm your reservation information. Step 4 : You can check your reservation details and entry QR code on the “My Page” section. Step 5 : Entry will proceed sequentially after verification of the entry QR code on-site. Please wait in line according to the instructions and cooperate with the guidance provided by the on-site staff. * The entry QR code will only be issued starting 30 minutes prior to the admission time. * Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted. [Online Entry Guidelines] * Entry is available only to those with advance ticket reservations and is limited to the reserved date and time. * Entry on the day may be possible only if there are remaining slots in the reservation session due to last minute cancellations or further ticket release. * Please wait in the outdoor waiting area next to the store no earlier than 15 minutes before your reservation time, following the instructions of the on-site staff. To prevent congestion, please refrain from waiting earlier than your designated reservation time. * Entry may be restricted if you fail to arrive within your reserved time slot. Please also note that access to the pop-up store will not be available after the reserved session time has ended, so we kindly ask that you visit and use the store within your reserved time. * Entry will proceed sequentially after verification of the entry QR code at the entrance. To ensure smooth entry, please prepare your QR code in advance. The entry QR code will only be issued starting 30 minutes prior to the admission time. (Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.) * Please make sure to follow the time limit if instructed by staff, as delays in exiting may affect the entry of the following session. * Entry may be delayed depending on on-site circumstances. For smooth operations, please follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the on-site staff. * Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the store. * A separate reservation is not required if you are visiting only for product exchanges or refunds. Please inform the on-site staff of the purpose of your visit for assistance. * For accessibility requests please check the ticket booking website for information on how to request accommodations. Please note that the staff will do their best to accommodate requests but may be unable to fulfil if these violate venue policy or other restrictions. [STORE POLICY] Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to agree to the following: * CCTV is in operation for store safety. * Pet animals are not allowed inside the store except service animals. * Overnight outdoor waiting is not allowed. We are not responsible for nighttime safety, and the line may be cleared. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. * This pop-up store is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. * Photos and videos taken at this pop-up event may be used for promotional purposes on official channels, SNS, and media platforms. * Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed, including any required approval from relevant authorities / municipality. * The management team reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they fail to comply with pop-up policies or pose a risk to other visitors. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Card payments and contactless payment only. (Some cards may not be accepted depending on issuer policies.) * Purchase quantities may be limited per person depending on the product. Transactions exceeding the purchase limit may be denied or cancelled. * All products may sell out early. * Purchase limits for each product can be checked at the pop-up store and may change depending on stock availability. * For further details regarding merchandise purchases, please inquire with the staff at the POP-UP store. * Please check the product carefully before payment. * All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are available only for products that are defective, faulty, or not as described, subject to the applicable legal time limits in country of purchase.
