Connect Lounge (July 4 - July 5) - Our moments: Share and preserve your memories at the Korean Cultural Centre on the Message Wall. - Photo Zone: Snap unforgettable memories with BTS THE CITY ARIRANG-themed Photoism frames! - Screening Area (1F & B1): Step into a dedicated space to relax, watch, and enjoy BTS ARIRANG's new music videos and album content. Iconic Looks (July 4 - July 10) - Get an up-close look at the actual outfits worn during the historic 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF' performance at Wembley Stadium (2019). BTS THE CITY ARIRANG in KCCUK allows visitors to participate in various cultural programs hosted within the venue, such as traditional Hanbok try-ons and cultural exhibitions. Please note that all programs require a reservation in advance. Depending on on-site conditions, separate wait times may apply for admission to each activity. The Photo Zone and giveaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early depending on on-site wait times and material availability (while supplies last). [Admission Guidelines] 📍 MUST READ ■ Check-in Process 1) Once you arrive, head to the main entrance of the Korean Cultural Centre to verify your reservation. 2) Please prepare your Weverse reservation confirmation page in advance for smooth verification. (▶ Go to My Reservations) 3) You can begin check-in and wait in advance, starting 1 hour before the scheduled start time. ※ Waiting at the Korean Cultural Centre may not be allowed if you arrive more than one hour before your reserved time slot. Please be sure to check your reservation time. ※ The Korean Cultural Centre is a public space; for the safety of pedestrians and all visitors, please follow staff announcements and maintain an orderly queue at all times. ■ Notes on Admission - If you arrive more than 1 hour early, reservation verification and entering the waiting area may be restricted. - Third-party reservations and transfers are not allowed. - Admission may be denied if 20 minutes have passed since the start of your reserved session due to personal circumstances, miscalculated timing, parking issues, or traffic. - As this event operates on a timed-session basis, please make sure to arrive early for your reserved slot. - Admission outside of your scheduled time may not be allowed, and there is a strict no re-entry policy. - Please present the reservation page on the app or website, logged in with your account, to the staff at the venue. Screenshots or photos will not be accepted. - Depending on operational status and safety guidelines, limited walk-in admissions may be allowed only when extra capacity becomes available due to no-shows or similar circumstances. Walk-in admission cannot be guaranteed, and on-site waitlist registration may be unavailable or close early depending on the circumstances. - To keep everyone safe, we may limit access to gates if the venue gets too crowded. Please follow the directions of our safety staff. - The Korean Cultural Centre is a space shared by many visitors, and security personnel may enforce control measures to maintain public order and ensure everyone's safety. - Please be advised that companion animals may not be allowed in specific event program areas. (With the exception of service animals/medical assistants) [Event Guidelines] 📍 MUST READ ■ Participation Details - Sessions will last 50 minutes each. You will not be allowed to enter if you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation. - For a smooth transition between sessions, we will start making exit announcements at the 50-minute mark of your reserved time. - Please be advised that parking is not provided and spaces are restricted. We strongly recommend utilizing public transportation. - To maintain a clean and professional environment, please observe public order by using designated restrooms and disposing of trash responsibly. - The entire facility, including the event venue, is a strictly non-smoking area; please be advised that no designated smoking zones are available. - We do not have a separate storage area for lost items. Please be careful to look after your own belongings. - No storage or locker facilities will be provided at the venue. - Please note that event photography and filming will take place, and your image or likeness may be captured and utilized. (Participation in the event constitutes your consent to the use of your portrait rights.) ■ Program Details - All programs are subject to participation limits or early closure depending on on-site conditions. - Availability of certain programs is subject to material supply and may end early. - To ensure smooth operation and the safety of all attendees, entry to certain areas may be restricted or subject to a waiting queue. ■ Prohibited Items ※ For the safety and smooth operation of the event, the following items are prohibited on-site. - Weapons and any other dangerous items that may pose a threat to others. - Belts or bracelets equipped with spikes or items that could cause physical injury. - Fireworks, explosives, and any pyrotechnic-related items that pose a risk of fire or safety accidents. - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), drones, and all related equipment. - All food and beverages (including alcohol, cans, and glass bottles), with the exception of bottled water (500ml or less). - All wheeled items and personal mobility devices (bicycles, kickboards, skateboards, and other electric transport devices), with the exception of wheelchairs. - Banners and any other prints containing political, offensive, or derogatory symbols. - Photography equipment that may interfere with moving and the event program (e.g., large professional cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, etc.). - All items for promotion or marketing purposes distributed without prior approval. - Items that pose a fire hazard (flammable substances such as cigarettes, lighters, gas canisters, etc.). - Items that may damage the facilities. ※ The entire event venue and the Korean Cultural Centre premises are smoke-free zones; smoking and utilizing lighters are not permitted. ※ Restricted items are subject to change based on on-site conditions. Please bring your own wheelchair as rentals are not provided on-site. -Guidelines 1) Iconic Looks exhibition and Connect Lounge (Ground Floor) are fully accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility. 2) Please kindly note: Due to our platform lift currently being out of service, the Music Zone (Basement) is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible during this programme. - Access Card Holders: Visitors holding a valid UK Access Card with a +1 (Essential Companion) symbol will be permitted to enter with one companion. Weverse Queues Guidelines 1. We recommend that you access Weverse Queues on the Weverse app. Please update your Weverse app to the latest version for smooth service use. 2. You must log in to the Weverse app to use Weverse Queues. 3. Once your application is complete, the details will be sent to you via email. Please double-check that your email address is correct before submitting your application to join the queue. 4. Your application details screen will be verified before you are admitted. For security purposes, screenshots of application details will not be accepted. 5. You can only apply for a queue once per day. 6. Please be cautious when canceling, as queue applications cannot be recovered. If canceled, you must start the application process over from the beginning. 7.
