How to Purchase On-Site The BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BOGOTÁ official merchandise can be purchased on-site. a. Official Merchandise Sales Booth (Concert Day) 1) Official Merchandise Sales Booth Inside the Venue [1-1] * Operating Schedule - From 8 am to 11 pm, Friday, October 2, 2026 (COT) - From 8 am to 11 pm, Saturday, October 3, 2026 (COT) * Location (Nearest gate) - P2, P4 [1-2] * Operating Schedule - From 3 pm to 11 pm, Friday, October 2, 2026 (COT) - From 3 am to 11 pm, Saturday, October 3, 2026 (COT) * Location (Nearest gate) - P1,P2,P4, PARK NORTH, PARK SOUTH ※ To ensure smooth operations, the booth may be closed from one hour before the gates open until the opening time. ※ To ensure smooth operations, the booth may be closed during the concert. [Important Information] * Merchandise availability may vary by city. * For the S/S Jersey (All options), slight color variations may occur between products. * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - The purchase limit for each product may change depending on on-site stock availability. * A slight margin of error may be present from the stated sizes. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * All items may sell out early. * All transactions are made in Colombian pesos (COP). * We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. * Please have your receipt ready when exchanging a product for defects. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information For this concert, Light Sticks will be synced for light effects, and you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. The BTS Official Light Stick Ver.4 supports wireless control. It will automatically be wirelessly controlled once you turn it on. * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.3 and SE Ver. do not support wireless control. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN LATIN AMERICA Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed instructions.
