Hello from Weverse. We’ve prepared the ‘Weverse Superfan Event’ for BTS Weverse Community members who support and stand with the artists. A total of 15 winners will be randomly selected from BTS Community members who apply for the event and invited to the HYBE Office Tour Program. Check out the details and how to participate below, and apply now! ▶ Apply Now ◀ 📌 Event Overview - Eligibility: BTS Community members *Please check the Notes for detailed age requirements. - Winner selection: Randomly among event applicants - Winners: Total 15 winners - Prizes: ① Invitation to the HYBE Office Tour Program ② Special Gift (e.g. fan activity items including a rechargeable light stick battery and a portable charger, etc.) 📌 Event Schedule - Application period: Thu, October 22, 2026, 11:00 AM - Thu, October 29, 2026, 11:59 PM (KST) - Winner announcement: After Tue, November 10, 2026, 12:00 PM (KST) - HYBE Office Tour: Fri, December 11, 2026 (KST) ※ Only winners will receive individual emails with the detailed schedule and location of the HYBE Office Tour at their email (Weverse ID). ※ Please note that airfare, accommodation, and transportation costs for attending the HYBE Office Tour are not provided. 📌 How to Participate 1. Join and enter the BTS Weverse Community. 2. Go to BTS Community Notices → Check the ‘Weverse Superfan Event Details’ notice. 3. Click the [Apply Now] link in the notice, then fill out and submit the application form. 📌How to Check Your Result On the day of the winner announcement, check your results using one of the methods below. [Method 1] BTS Weverse → ‘⋮’ button on the top right → Event Entries [Method 2] Weverse app → More → Event Entries ※ On the day of the HYBE Office Tour, winners will be admitted after their ‘Winner Information’ is verified on the BTS Weverse > Event Entries. 📌 Notes [HYBE Office Tour Program] - The ‘HYBE Office Tour Program’ does not include artist participation or meeting with artists. - The program will last about 2 hours and includes visits to key spaces in the HYBE building and use of the in-house cafeteria and café. A special gift prepared for participants will also be provided. ※ The program and detailed schedule are subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. - Age is verified based on the event application date, and only members who meet the age requirement for their country/region may participate. > South Korea: 14 years or older > United States: 13 years or older ※ In the United States, minor winners must submit a consent form from their legal guardian (e.g., parent). Details will be provided individually upon winning. > Other countries/regions: 16 years or older - Each person may participate in the HYBE Office Tour Program only once. Even if you win multiple times by applying with multiple accounts, you will be given only one opportunity to participate if you are identified as the same person. [Winning and Participation] - Purchasing products on Weverse or Weverse Shop does not affect your chances of winning, and members who have made purchases will not be given priority. - Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their Weverse account. Please make sure in advance that you can receive emails. - If you do not reply within the given deadline or cannot be reached, your win may be canceled. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to check your email. ※ How to check your Weverse account email: Weverse → More → Member Information (top right) → Email - If you participate in the event through fraudulent means (e.g., using macros, using another person’s identity, or manipulating data), your win may be canceled. - No compensation will be provided if you are unable to attend the program due to personal reasons. - Only the winner may attend the program, and the winning ticket cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. - All costs for attending the HYBE Office Tour, including airfare, accommodation, and transportation, are the winner’s responsibility. Winners must check and prepare everything needed to attend on their own. [Identity Verification] - Winners’ identities will be verified on the day of the HYBE Office Tour. The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, or if your identity cannot be verified, your participation will be restricted. - Make sure to bring a valid photo ID for identity verification. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID. - Expired IDs, IDs missing identification details, and photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. - Details on acceptable types of ID and identity verification will be provided in the winner notification email after the winner announcement. - We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to review the notice, event notes, and winner notification email. [Taxes] - Taxes and public charges may apply to the prize (Special Gift) of this event in accordance with relevant laws. Weverse Company Inc. will pay these taxes on the winner’s behalf. For this purpose, winners must submit the information required to report and pay the taxes, such as name, address, and resident registration number. - Winners will receive an email at the address registered to their Weverse account asking them to complete a consent form for the collection and use of personal information and unique identification information. If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information or do not submit the required information within the given deadline, prize delivery and participation in the HYBE Office Tour Program may be restricted. - The collected personal information will be securely destroyed within 30 days after the end of the HYBE Office Tour (December 11, 2026).
