방탄소년단 팬클럽 에티켓 안내 안녕하세요. 방탄소년단 팬클럽 담당자입니다. 방탄소년단을 향한 팬 여러분들의 많은 사랑과 성원에 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. 저희는 건전하고 안전한 팬덤 문화를 형성하기 위해 최선의 노력을 다하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 팬 여러분들께 몇 가지 안내 및 당부의 말씀을 드리고자 합니다. 1. 공항 및 기내에서 에티켓을 위반하는 행동은 자제해주시기 바랍니다. 해외 투어 및 스케줄 위한 입출국 시 불법적 방법을 통해 얻은 정보로 동일한 항공편 이용 촬영이 허용되지 않은 공항 내부(티켓 카운터, 공항 검색대, 라운지, 면세점, 게이트, 보안구역, 수화물 수취 구역 등)에서 사진 및 동영상 등 촬영 아티스트의 안전에 위협을 주는 신체접촉 아티스트 근거리 접근 또는 일방적인 대화 시도 등의 과도한 행동 (예. 아티스트 옆자리 앉기, 이동중 대화시도 등) 아티스트의 사진 및 동영상 촬영을 위한 불법적인 행동 아티스트 담당 의전팀과 국내외 전담 경호팀의업무를 방해하거나, 협조 요청에 불응하는 행동 2. 공개된 스케줄 장소 외에는 방문을 삼가주시기 바랍니다. 방탄소년단의 스케줄은 빅히트 엔터테인먼트 홈페이지 내 게시판 및 공방 공지를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 안내드리는 공식적인 스케줄 외에 다른 장소(회사, 연습실, 숙소 및 기타 방탄소년단과 관련된 장소)를 방문하거나 촬영을 지속하는 행동은 삼가주시기 바랍니다. 방탄소년단 멤버들은 손 편지를 제외한 모든 선물은 받지 않습니다. 또한 손 편지는 사전 공지된 공식적인 방법을 통해서만 전달이 가능합니다. (예. 공식 사서함, 팬사인회) 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다. *팬레터 발송 주소: 서울특별시 동대문구 왕산로 4 동화빌딩 201호 로앤스 사서함 #1062 (우편번호: 02582) 3. 저작권 침해에 해당하는 행동은 삼가주시기 바랍니다. 사전에 촬영이 허가된 장소 이외의 곳에서 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 영상/음성 중계(라이브 스트리밍) 등의 행동 휴대전화를 제외한 촬영 및 녹음 가능한 모든 기기를 반입하는 행동 휴대전화를 녹음 및 녹화 등의 목적으로 사용하는 행동 * 적발 시 녹음/녹화된 자료의 삭제를 요구할 수 있으며, 강제 퇴장 조치를 취하게 됩니다. ** 퇴장 조치 시 발생하는 기기 파손에 대해서는 일절 책임지지 않습니다. *** 공개방송 현장에서 적발 시 방송국의 재량으로 모든 ARMY에게 불이익이 적용될 수 있습니다. 4. ARMY만을 위한 독점 콘텐츠의 유출 및 유포를 금합니다. Membership Kit의 독점 콘텐츠를 타인에게 유출 및 유포 BTS 위버스 Membership Only 및 ARMY 공간의 사진, 음성, 영상 등 독점 콘텐츠 유출 및 유포 5. 아래 해당하는 행동을 한 경우, 사전 경고 없이 공식 팬클럽 자격 및 모든 혜택을 박탈합니다. 1) 팬클럽 에티켓을 위반하는 행동을 적발 시 2) 팬클럽 혜택 양도 및 양수 적발 시 3) 팬클럽 석으로 참여하는 공개방송 불참 시 (사전 신청 후 참여하지 않거나, 현장에서의 팬클럽 확인 준비물이 미비하여 공개방송에 참여하지 못하는 경우도 포함) 4) 그 외 팬 활동 및 팬클럽으로서 하지 말아야 할 행동 적발 시 (멤버들의 사생활에 피해를 주는 개인 정보를 사고파는 행위, 팬 사인회에 본인 이름이 아닌 타인의 이름으로 참여하는 행위 등) 여러분 한 분 한 분의 모든 행동은 방탄소년단의 이미지와 추후 활동에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 팬 여러분의 이해와 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다. ----------------------- BTS Fan Club Etiquette Notice Hello, this is your BTS official Fan Club manager. We would like to thank all of our fans once again for your continuing love and support for BTS. We are constantly striving to maintain a sound and safe fandom culture. To this end, we would like to provide the following guidelines and ask all of our fans to observe them closely. Please refrain from violating the rules of proper etiquette at airports and onboard airplanes, such as: 1. Illegally obtaining travel itineraries of overseas performances and appearances in order to book the same flights 2. Taking photographs and/or recording videos in restricted areas in airport facilities (ticket counter, airport security checkpoints, travel lounge, duty-free shop, boarding gate, secure areas, baggage pick-up, etc.) 3. Attempting physical contact that puts the safety of the artist in danger. 4. Making unwanted approaches, forcing a conversation and engaging in other inappropriate actions (e.g. sitting next to the artist, attempting to converse during transit) 5. Committing illegal acts in the course of attempting to take photographs or record videos of the artist 6. Disturbing the escort team or security team, and not complying with requests for cooperation for the sake of safety and security 2. Please refrain from visiting locations not included in the publicly-disclosed artist schedule: You can check BTS’s public schedule through the bulletin board and announcements on Big Hit Entertainment’s homepage. Please refrain from visiting and/or taking photographs/recording videos at locations not included in the official schedule (including but not limited to company offices, rehearsal spaces, artist accommodations, etc.) BTS members cannot accept any gifts apart from handwritten letters. In addition, handwritten letters can only be received via official channels (such as the official P.O. box, fan signing events). Attempting to record audio/video with a mobile phone * In such cases where illegal recordings are discovered, we may request for the files to be deleted and you will be asked to leave the premises. ** We cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the recording device as you leave the premises. *** If such violations occur during a public television broadcast, the network may impose sanctions that could negatively affect the entire ARMY. 4. The sharing and spreading of exclusive content made available to the ARMY are strictly forbidden: 1. Sharing and spreading exclusive content found in the Membership Kit 2. Sharing and spreading photographs, audio clips, videos and other content found in BTS Weverse Membership Only or ARMY spaces 5. If any of the following violations are discovered at any point, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and all of its benefits: Committing acts that violate Fan Club Etiquette Transferring or taking over Fan Club benefits Being a no-show for a Fan Club specific seat for a public broadcast (no-shows include submitting a request and not showing up, and being unable to enter the venue due to a failure to present proper membership verification) Committing other inappropriate and improper Fan/Fan Club acts (e.g. violating the members’ personal lives through the selling and buying of personal information, attending a fan signing event under someone else’s name, etc.) Please remember that the actions of each and every individual fan can considerably affect the image and the future activities of BTS. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards of our fan community. ARMYのためだけの独占コンテンツの流出及び配布を禁じます。 Membership Kitの独占コンテンツを他人に流出および配布する行為 BTS WeverseのMembership Only及びARMY空間の写真、音声、映像などの独占コンテンツの流出及び配布する行為 5. 下記に該当する行動をされた場合、事前の警告なしに公式ファンクラブの資格及びすべての会員特典を剥奪します。 ファンクラブ・エチケットに違反する行動が摘発されたとき ファンクラブの会員特典を譲渡及び譲受が摘発されたとき ファンクラブ席で参加する公開放送に不参加のとき（事前の申込みの後に参加しなかったり、現場にてファンクラブ確認準備物の不備があり公開放送に参加できなかった場合も含む） その他、ファン活動及びファンクラブとして、してはならない行動で摘発されたとき （メンバーの私生活に被害を与える個人情報の売買行為、ファンサイン会に本人ではなく他人の名義で参加する行為など） みなさんのすべての行動は、BTSのイメージと今後の活動に影響を与えかねません。ファンの皆さんのご理解と積極的なご協力をお願い申し上げます。 よろしくお願い致します。
