You can still use the previous 30-day, 90-day, and 180-day subscription, but cannot purchase the automatic subscription at the same time. For more information, please see below. 'BTS behind' Subscription Details - 'Run BTS!', 'BTS GAYO', 'BON VOYAGE Reaction', 'BTS HOME PARTY', and 'Run BTS! behind cut' images - Available in monthly automatic subscription OR 30-days, 90-days, 180-days How to Subscribe Open Weverse → Go to Media → Go to 'BTS behind' category → Select the 'Buy Now' banner above or the content itself → Select 30-Day Pass (Subscription) → Tap 'Buy Now' Payment and Refund - You can purchase the subscription on Weverse App only. - You cannot purchase a 30-day, 90-day, or 180-day subscription during the monthly automatic subscription. - You can access 'BTS behind' content for the remaining days even if you cancel the subscription before the monthly cycle ends. - You can cancel the subscription on Weverse App for both Android and iOS. ① Android: Open 'Google Play Store' → Tap 'Subscriptions' → Select the subscription you wish to cancel → Tap ‘Cancel subscription’ ② iOS: Open 'Settings' → Tap your name → Tap 'Subscriptions' → Tap 'Cancel Subscription' - You can request a refund by going to My → Settings → Help Center → 1-on-1 Support within 7 days of paying for the subscription, only under the condition that you have neither watched the videos nor opened the images. (Same for all passes) - iOS users are not eligible for refunds due to the terms stated on Apple App Store policies.
