The upcoming BTS POP-UP : MAP OF THE SOUL will run mainly online as “Online Store ASIA” due to COVID-19. The offline experience store "Showcase in Singapore" will operate through an online pre-reservation during the same period. More details will be given in additional notices. All items can be purchased on “BTS POP-UP Online Store ASIA” except products that are exclusive to BTS POP-UP Showcase in SINGAPORE. 2. BTS POP-UP Online Store ASIA is only available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. 3. New products are scheduled to be added on several fixed dates: sales periods vary by each product and products may be sold out early. New products will be released every week. 4. Payment methods will be indicated on the website. Payment can only be made by the indicated methods. 5. All payment currency is in USD. 6. Free local shipping for all orders over USD 35, regardless of location. 7. Purchases are limited to three (3) of the same item per person; purchase limitations may vary by item. (For products with different sizes, up to three (3) of each sizes can be purchased) 8. Items with different order dates cannot be combined into one shipment; additional shipping fee will be charged. 9. Delayed or lost shipping can occur if you input an incorrect address. Please ensure that the address that you enter for the order is correct. It will not be possible to re-ship if the product is out of stock. Cancellation, Exchange and Refund 1. In the case of a payment order, it is not possible to change the address or cancel the order 2. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order status states “Ready to Ship”. 3. Items cannot be cancelled partially if the order was made all at once. You may cancel the entire order first, and then create a new order with the items you wish to purchase. 4. In the case of any incorrect or defective product, you may request for a return within 7 days upon receiving your order. 5. Please note that refund will not be provided for change of mind, designs or sizes of products. 6. You cannot make any purchase on the website before the opening date of BTS POP-UP Online Store in ASIA. 4. Please sign up as a member in the location where you can receive the delivery; as the delivery is based on the delivery address of the location in which the member belongs to. How to pre-register 1. In the pop-up banner, click the location you belong to. 2. Proceed with membership registration to enter the required information. 3. An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address once registration is completed. Notes on use 1. Orders outside of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam are not accepted. 2. As the delivery of this site is based on the delivery address of the member's location, you must be registered as a member in the location where you can receive the delivery. 3. You can purchase up to a maximum of three (3) of the same item. 4. Your order may be cancelled if you purchase more than the limit.
