October 15, 2022, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (KST) - Pick-up Place: Weverse Booth in Busan Asiad Main Stadium - Please have a valid ID and BTS Weverse My Events page ready. - After you pick up the coupon, you need to exchange your coupon with a concert ticket at the ticket exchange booth. (1 ticket available per coupon) * On the day of the concert, we expect a heavy traffic jam in the vicinity, which will cause a severe delay in parking and admission to the venue. Please use public transportation and arrive early at the concert venue with enough time to spare. * Please check the transportation schedule after the end of the concert so you may return home safely. [How to Exchange the Coupon] - Pick up your coupon at Weverse Booth. (A detailed map will be updated later.*) - After you pick up the coupon, you can exchange it with a concert ticket at Asiad Auxiliary Stadium next to the Main Stadium, starting at 11:00 AM. - On the day of the concert, we expect a heavy crowd at the site. When you pick up the coupon, you will be asked to open the Weverse app and show your event application status for identity verification. (BTS Weverse More (⁝) button in the upper right corner → My Events page → QR code) If the personal information in My Events page does not match your information on the ID, you will be unable to pick up the coupon. (A photocopy or screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted.) 2. If you are found to have used a fraudulent way of entering the event, such as using an illegal program, paying or asking someone else to enter the raffle for you, or if the winning raffle has been transferred to or from another person, you will not be recognized as a winner and a coupon will not be available. 3. Do not share your event application screen with others, especially on your social media, such as Twitter. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise as the result. (We will not be responsible for any damages that arise from you sharing your own information on your social media.) 4. Please bring a valid ID for identity verification when you pick up the coupon. ※ What is a valid ID? - South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers). Those who bring passports issued after December 21, 2020 must bring passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified. - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration * Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) will not be accepted. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired to be considered valid. * An ID of South Korean nationality must carry a photo, resident registration number (13 digits), and name, and it must be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * ID carrying unidentifiable information will not be accepted as a valid ID. * A photo or a photocopy of your ID will not be accepted. 5. International participants can only be verified with the English name on their passports or certifications of alien registration. Resident IDs, student IDs, and driver licenses of countries other than South Korea will not be accepted as a valid ID. 6. Coupon pickup begins at 10:00 AM on the day of the concert. After picking up the coupon, please remember to exchange the coupon with a ticket at the ticket exchange booth. 7. Your wait time may become longer than expected, depending on the site's situation. 8. When verifying your identity at the pick-up site, the name, photo, and date of birth on your valid ID will be checked. If the information does not match the information you submitted for the event, your entry to the site will be denied. 9. If you lose your coupon, you cannot have your coupon reissued in any way. A photocopy of the coupon will not be accepted for exchange. 10. The ticket cannot be sold or transferred to another person. If you are found committing such actions, the ticket will be deemed illegal and you may be subject to legal actions. WEVERSE COMPANY and other organizers will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of you not complying with the guidelines, and we will be unable to provide solutions. Please pay close attention to the guidelines. 11. Your coupon will not be exchanged for a different product if you cannot come to pick up the concert ticket coupon yourself due to your circumstances. 12. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean and local governments or circumstances at the event venue or location.
