How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site ① Weverse Shop - BTS (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the Pick-up - STADIUM category. ② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders]. ③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone, and receive your purchases. 5. Please Note - You will be able to pick up the products you purchased from Pick-up - STADIUM - [On-Site Pick-up Only] category at the Asiad Main Stadium Pick-up booth. You will not be able to pick up your purchased products from the LIVE PLAY Pick-up booth (Busan Port). - Products you purchase from the Pick-up-LIVE PLAY category cannot be picked up from Asiad Main Stadium Pick-up booth. - You will be able to purchase products regardless of your concert attendance. - Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch from Weverse Shop GLOBAL when you are within 2.5 km (1.5 miles) of the WORLD EXPO 2030 BUSAN KOREA CONCERT BTS <Yet To Come> in BUSAN concert venue, and pick up your order on site. - Please make your way to the pick up zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line. - The merch available for purchase through Weverse Shop app are identical to the merch available for purchase at the on-site merch booth. - All items may sell out early. - Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the Pick-up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code. - Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days. - You can purchase up to 5 MINI PHOTO CARDS per person. - You can purchase up to 3 products for. - Excluding MINI PHOTO CARD, you can buy up to 3 per product for items with no options and you can buy up to 3 per option for items with options. (e.g., For STAMPS, you can purchase up to 21 stamps – 3 stamps per option.) - Exchanges and refunds based on change-of-mind will not be available. Location: Inside Busan Asiad Main Stadium ▷Important Information - You can purchase products regardless of your concert attendance. - All items may sell out early. - Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. - Only Korean won (KRW) are accepted for all transactions. - Payment can be made by cash or credit card. (You may be unable to use some credit cards due to card company policies and conditions.) - Up to five mini photo cards can be purchased per person. - Up to three album product items can be purchased per person. - Up to three per item, or three per option of an item, if there are any, can be purchased per person for all other products. (e.g., For stamps, you can purchase up to 21 pieces – 3 pieces per option.) - Please understand that purchase limits are subject to change depending on the on-site circumstances. - We will be unable to grant exchange or refund for customer change of mind. Exchange due to product defects can only be done on-site at the venue.
