To participate, you must enter the raffle on Weverse App with the same account you used to purchase the album on WeverseShop. 1. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on WeverseShop GLOBAL, not the number of orders. 2. You can enter the raffle after entering the required information as indicated on the fan event event page. - Name (The name of the participant) - Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format) - Phone Number 3. For album sets, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the sets. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle. 6. If you enter and do not win the raffle, the purchased albums cannot be accepted for returns. 7. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the information such as name, date of birth, and email when entering the raffle, not the information of the person who placed the order. 8. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name under their passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.) 9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and WeverseShop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). [ COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue ] 1. For the safety of the participants, you will go through the COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of the fan event if... you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, and were asked to take a test. you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases. you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fan event. you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas. 2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is above 37.5°C or you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fan event. 3. On the day of the fan event, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fan event, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue. 4. You must wear an approved N95 mask at all times at the venue (surgical masks not allowed). Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue. 5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event. 6. For the COVID-19 prevention, the seats during the fan event will be socially distanced. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask and washing hands frequently. 7. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fan event venue for the COVID-19 prevention. [ Please Note (If you won the raffle) ] 1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fan event. South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center) Non-South Korean citizen: Passport *Non-South Korean citizen’s identity is verified only with the English name written in the passport. *Other IDs such as student’s registration cards are not accepted. *All ID cards must be presented in physical form, and must not be expired. 2. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fan event if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry. 3. Only the winner can enter the venue, and you cannot transfer or sell the winning number. (If you are found to have engaged in such acts, you cannot enter the venue.) 4. You will be denied admission to all events with BTS in the future if you are found to have engaged in fraudulent acts such as selling, copying, or transferring the winning number. 5. The order is randomly designated when choosing the winners. You cannot change your turn at your own discretion. You may be kicked out from the venue if you do not follow the guidance of staff members. 6. If you cannot participate in the event despite being selected as a winner, the gift will be sent out to you individually. (However, some gifts such as drinks and food cannot be delivered as they can go stale.)
