안녕하세요. 빅히트 뮤직입니다. 당사는 방탄소년단에 대한 명예훼손, 모욕, 성희롱, 허위사실, 악의적 비방 등을 담은 악성 게시물 작성자를 대상으로 정기적인 법적 대응에 나서고 있습니다. 이와 관련한 진행 상황을 말씀드립니다. 최근 커뮤니티, 블로그, 포털 카페, SNS 등에서 단순 의견 표출을 넘어 허위 사실을 바탕으로 한 비방 또는 사회적으로 용인되지 않는 수준의 악성 댓글, 게시물 등을 지속적으로 작성하거나 유포한 자들을 대상으로 실시간 모니터링과 팬 여러분의 제보를 통해 증거 자료를 수집하였고, 명예훼손죄(정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제70조) 및 모욕죄(형법 제311조) 등의 혐의로 다수의 인원을 고소 조치하였습니다. 또한 이미 고소장을 받고 조사가 진행 중임에도 반성 없이 모욕 행위를 지속하거나 허위사실을 유포하는 자가 있어 추가로 고소하였습니다. 앞으로도 악성 행위자들이 강력한 법적 처벌을 받을 수 있도록 민형사상의 엄중히 조치를 취할 것이며, 기존과 마찬가지로 어떠한 경우에도 합의나 선처는 없음을 알려드립니다. 방탄소년단 트위터, 블로그, 유튜브 등 전 채널의 게시글을 대상으로 실시간 모니터링 및 제보 확인을 통해 상시 증거 수집과 신고를 하고 있습니다. 앞으로도 빅히트 뮤직 법적 대응 계정(protect@bighitmusic.co.kr)으로 팬 여러분의 적극적인 제보 부탁드립니다. 방탄소년단을 향한 팬 여러분의 사랑과 헌신에 늘 감사드립니다. 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 끊임없이 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다. --- Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to BTS, including ill-intentioned criticism, the spread of groundless information, sexual harassment, personal attacks and defamation. We would like to provide an update on these activities. Our company has collected evidence for malicious comments and postings on online communities, blogs, portal cafes and social media that exceed the bounds of ordinary expression of opinions and include defamation based on false information and socially unacceptable postings through our monitoring initiatives as well as from information submitted by fans, and have filed criminal complaints against multiple individuals for defamation (Article 70 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.) and insult (Article 311 of the Criminal Act). In addition, we have brought additional complaints against perpetrators who have continued to engage in defamatory activities or spread misinformation without remorse even while undergoing investigation for their criminal activities. We will continue to initiate strict measures to ensure that perpetrators who engage in these malicious acts are prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and our policy of no settlement and no leniency remains in effect. We regularly collect evidence and file criminal complaints through constant and real-time monitoring of online postings in all channels including BTS Twitter, blog and YouTube as well as via our hotline.
