Without these documents, entrance will not be allowed. -Wheelchair seats are designated spaces without chairs and are strictly for audience members using wheelchairs. Even if you possess a Disability Registration Card (or welfare card), you will not be allowed to use a wheelchair seat unless you are using a wheelchair. -Proxy or advance pickup is not allowed.
