Watch an exclusive interview and see a special performance from CORTIS with other fans! We are providing guidance on how to participate through the notice below for you to go through before applying, so please read it thoroughly. [Important Information] ▶ Required Items for Identity Verification: ID ★ You will not be able to participate if you fail to present a valid ID. There will be NO exceptions, so please make sure to check the required items carefully. - Please present the event entries page on Weverse and a valid form of physical ID that can verify your identification. You are responsible for presenting a valid form of ID. - The ID must match the participant’s application information, and it should clearly verify your name, date of birth, and photo. Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. -If you bring a guest, the guest must present a valid form of ID. If your guest is 16 or under, they must provide written parental consent on-site. [Please Note] ★ Please ensure that when you apply, you are able to attend the event at the specified time and location mentioned. Selected participants who fail to show up at the event, may be prohibited from participating in events in the future. 1. You must be logged in to Weverse. If you do not have an account on Weverse, please sign up for Weverse and join CORTIS Weverse. 2. You will be redirected to the application page when you tap 'Application Link' on the announcement posted on CORTIS Weverse. 3.You cannot enter the same application multiple times. 4. The selected participants announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the application. 5. Please note that the name of the person who filled out the application must match the name on the passport or valid ID. (Names entered in Korean or other languages will not be accepted.) 6. When submitting your application, Weverse will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, phone number, and city of residence). Selected participants will be required to provide personal information as below for the application and their participation in the event. : Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and State/City of residence. : Purpose of collecting personal information: For winner selection and event operation of iHeartRadio LIVE with CORTIS : Personal information provided to: WEVERSE COMPANY, WEVERSE AMERICA, BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd., HYBE Co., Ltd., iHeartMedia, Inc. : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who submit their application, the information will be discarded within 3 months after the event ends. The selected participants’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. 7. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite. 8. Only selected participants are permitted to participate in the event. 9. The application selection cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the application selection, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 10. The selected participants must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 11. This event is open to all, but for minors who are 16 or younger, a parental or legal guardian over the age of 18 will need to be present at entry to sign a release & consent form on behalf of the minor. Both individual IDs will be checked at entry when the form is submitted. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - US nationality: Driver’s License, Passport, US Resident Registration Card, US Driver Learner’s Permit, etc. For participants over 14 years old and under 18 years old, official student ID will also be accepted. - Non-US nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the application. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information submitted for the application, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For participants who submitted the application with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the application. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation. 1. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for everyone but those who are 16 or younger will need parental consent. 2. Please arrive early in case of unexpected wait times during the check-in process. Selected participants will receive further information regarding entry procedures. 3. The application selection cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event. 4. Event entry will be unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission. 5. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite during the iHeartRadio LIVE with CORTIS. Please note that you may appear in any content pertaining to the event on official HYBE, Weverse, and iHeartRadio social platforms. 6. The selected participants must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 7. Selected participants who bring a guest must arrive at the venue together in order to participate in the event. Guests who show up before or after the selected participant is checked in, will not be permitted to enter the venue. If you are a selected participant, please arrive with your guest. 8. If selected participants bring a guest, the guest must present a valid photo to enter the venue on the day of the event. The guest will not be allowed to participate if they cannot provide valid photo ID at entry. ※ For participants who enter the application on this website, your identity and the QR code will be verified in the admission process. The QR code can be found by going to CORTIS Weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site. ※ Non-commercial personal photos & video from mobile devices are allowed at this event. - This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
