Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans sending love and support to CORTIS. To maintain a positive fan culture and ensure the safety and rights of our artists, we would like to share some CORTIS fan etiquette rules and guidelines. Recently, there have been persistent instances of people illegally obtaining the artists’ flight information, closely following them through airports, or taking the same flight as them, causing the artists to feel anxious and fearful. There have also been increasing incidents of people following artists in vehicles or secretly filming them from close range during artists’ private or personal time while on business trips abroad. Such acts violate the safety and privacy of the members of CORTIS, most of whom are minors, and can cause mental anxiety and psychological discomfort, as well as physical harm. In particular, since airports are public spaces used by many people, such behavior can disrupt airport order and security, affect other passengers, and negatively impact the reputation and image of the artists. Approaching the artists, attempting to take photos or converse with them, or taking photos or giving gifts while on a plane, are strictly prohibited. If you continue or repeat such behavior, you may be reported to the police and be subject to legal punishment beyond immediate on-site sanctions. In addition, there has been an increase in people using forged IDs to attend events such as fan signing events. Forging an ID not only violates event regulations but can also clearly constitute a legal offense. We consider any act that infringes on an artist’s personal information or privacy, threatens their safety, or harasses them to be “illegal stalking.” We are continuously gathering evidence in this regard and, if necessary, will take strong legal action, both civil and criminal, regardless of the nationality of the perpetrator. In particular, please be advised that foreign nationals may be subject to deportation or entry bans in accordance with relevant laws if a certain level of criminal conviction is reached during legal proceedings. Additionally, information and footage secretly collected without the artists’ consent from private schedules, personal spaces, or individual activities may constitute an invasion of privacy. CORTIS’s official schedules and content can be found through official channels. Information circulated through unofficial channels may be inaccurate or harmful to the artists, so please refrain from viewing, saving, or sharing it. We ask that you help create a healthy culture by not consuming information, photos, or videos that were filmed or collected in a way that harms the artists. Most of the members of CORTIS are minors who are still growing and developing, requiring even more careful protection and consideration. We ask for your active cooperation in establishing a proper fan culture so that CORTIS and their fans can continue their activities together in a respectful, enjoyable, and healthy manner. Please read the following carefully and familiarize yourself with it. [Fan Etiquette Rules] 1. Please do not attempt actions that threaten airport order and safety. - Do not approach an artist closely, take photos/videos, or talk to them without respecting the rules, or follow them for this purpose. - Do not indiscriminately film, attempt conversations or excessive physical contact, or give gifts in any area of an airport, including general areas and security zones (immigration checkpoints, security screening, duty-free shops, gates, lounges, on a plane, baggage claim areas, etc.). - Do not illegally acquire or share travel-related information, such as flight information or seat information, or attempt to approach, film, or deliver gifts onboard the same flight. - Do not refuse to comply with requests to maintain order within the airport, causing congestion, or obstructing vehicle movement. 2. Please do not visit unofficial schedule locations or private spaces. - Do not visit, film, or distribute information about unofficial schedule locations or artists’ private spaces (such as company offices, dorms and their vicinity, hotels, or other locations the artists are visiting or associated with) that are not announced on official accounts or on CORTIS Weverse. - Do not wait, follow, or take photos at the artists’ accommodation or nearby areas when they are traveling overseas. - Do not send or leave gifts or letters at the artists’ private locations (living space, family home, etc.). 3. Please do not interfere with artist-related activities. - Do not interfere with the duties of artists’ management staff, security personnel in Korea and abroad, or any other persons carrying out artists-related activities, or refuse to comply with their requests for cooperation. - Do not block the artists from entering their vehicles or prevent the vehicles from moving normally. - Do not engage in a vehicle chase with the artists’ vehicles. 7. Please do not engage in other inappropriate actions. - Do not assume a false identity to engage in fan activities: transferring ID cards, using an unlawfully-acquired ID, using another person’s ID or documents, or forging such documents. - Do not engage in actions that physically or mentally threaten the artists. - Do not engage in other improper or inappropriate actions unbefitting of a fan, or anything that may be seen in a negative light by the fandom. [Consequences for Violations of Fan Etiquette Rules] 1. Violations of fan etiquette rules may lead to restrictions or prohibitions from attending official activities (e.g., concerts, music shows, fan signing events) without prior notice. 2. If covert recordings are discovered, you may be asked to delete any video or audio recordings and will be escorted out of the venue. 3. We hold no responsibility for any damage to devices resulting from failure to comply with violation detection procedures or incurred while you are being escorted out. 4. These fan etiquette rules apply equally to everyone, regardless of membership status. We sincerely thank you once again for your deep affection and interest in CORTIS. We ask that you help create a radiant fan culture that matches the energy of the artists, so that the five members of CORTIS can grow healthily and continue to share their brilliance with fans for a long time. BIGHIT MUSIC will continue to work to ensure that the members of CORTIS can carry out their activities safely and enjoyably. Your interest and cooperation are of great help in this process. If you have any information regarding the infringement of our artists’ rights, please report it through the “HYBE Artist Rights Violation Report Website (https://protect.hybecorp.com)." Thank you.
