However, applications are restricted for those under the minimum age applicable according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the country and region of access (14 years old in Korea, 13 years old in the USA, 16 years old elsewhere). Those below the applicable age will not be able to participate, even with the accompaniment of a guardian. For smooth identity verification, please check in during the check-in time corresponding to your winning group. * If you arrive outside of your designated time slot, you may not be able to check in, depending on on-site circumstances. * Standing area audience members must wait in the designated waiting area in order of entry number, starting at 6:30 pm on the day of the concert, following the instructions of the staff, and may enter the auditorium in order starting at 7 pm. If you miss your place in the order, your entry number will become invalid, and you may enter after the rest of the audience completes their entry. Make sure to arrive before the entry start time to avoid any inconvenience. * After the standing area audience members have entered, assigned seating audience members will enter in order. ※ Standing area entry order and seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order. [How to Apply for the Event] ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. ** You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified from participation. [Important Information on Applying] ※ Cancellations and refunds of items needed for the event will not be available after the winner announcement. ※ Cancellations and refunds of the purchased items will be available after the application has closed, but before the winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the release party as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application on X or other social media platforms may result in misuse of the information. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * ID information must match the information provided in the event application. Only physical ID cards containing the name, date of birth, and photo will be accepted. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as valid forms of ID. * Identity verification is not possible if the photo on your ID card does not match your appearance or is damaged and difficult to verify. * An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you submit a name in a language other than English when applying for the event, and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. * We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for your COER MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * For those who signed up through JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language.
