Thanks to COER’s passionate support, CORTIS continues to grow day by day and is gaining more valuable opportunities to connect directly with fans around the world. Recently, however, we have seen a rise in disorderly behavior at airports and concert venues that threatens artist safety and disrupts the experience for others. To protect our artists and foster a respectful fan environment, we would like to provide the following guidelines. 1. Fostering a Respectful Concert-Viewing Culture At recent concerts, music shows, and other scheduled events, we have identified numerous instances where individuals have disrupted the experience of others. This includes shouting excessively while the artists are speaking, using personal cheering tools (placards, slogans, fans, sketchbooks, etc.) that block the view of nearby fans, and recklessly shoving fellow audience members. Concert venues are spaces meant to be enjoyed by everyone. We kindly ask that you listen attentively to the artists, refrain from actions that cause physical, visual, or auditory discomfort to others, and show mutual consideration and respect. 2. Maintaining Order and Safety at Airports During CORTIS’s arrivals and departures, risky behavior—such as excessive crowding, shoving, walking backward through security lines, and aggressively chasing the artists—pose a severe risk of safety incidents and infringe upon the artists' privacy. Furthermore, we have confirmed cases where individuals have unlawfully obtained flight information to board the same flight as the artists, or have secretly filmed the artists from nearby seats at airports and on the aircraft, causing the artists distress and fear. In addition, indiscriminately filming or obstructing movement in strictly restricted airport areas—including security checkpoints, secure zones, and baggage claim areas—causes significant inconvenience and harm to both the artists and other travelers. Airports are public spaces shared by everyone. For the safety of all passengers and staff, please maintain orderly conduct in all areas of the airport, including both public and secure zones. 3. Future Measures and Response At all scheduled appearances, including solo concerts and events hosted by BIGHIT MUSIC as well as those organized by external parties, any inappropriate actions that cause serious disruption to event operations will result in immediate restrictions or removal from the venue. Please be advised that if we confirm any severe violations of fan etiquette—including egregious misconduct or invasions of privacy such as visiting undisclosed schedules and private spaces—strict penalties, including restrictions on participating in future fan events, will be applied effective immediately upon the posting of this notice. Additionally, to ensure the safety of the artists, fans, and other travelers, we will reinforce our airport security protocols. We will respond firmly not only to actions that threaten the artists’ safety, but also to any verbal abuse, physical assault, or obstruction of duties directed toward security personnel or company staff while they are maintaining order and safety on-site. Please be advised that disrupting order in the airport or threatening people’s safety will result not only in immediate on-site intervention, but also in police reports and legal consequences. Whether at undisclosed schedules and private spaces, or in shared public areas like airports, lounges, boarding gates, and aircraft cabins, taking photos or videos of the artist or their passports without consent—and distributing or using such media—constitutes an illegal violation of portrait rights, privacy, and personal information. Recently, an overwhelming number of fan etiquette violations have occurred during arrivals and departures, jeopardizing the artists' safety and depriving them of necessary rest despite the on-site presence of our staff and security personnel. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a healthy content consumption culture by refraining from viewing or sharing photos and videos obtained through actions that violate fan etiquette and harm the artists' rights and safety. Lastly, we are currently preparing legal action against accounts that illegally sell the artists’ flight information on social media and online platforms, as well as individuals who purchase such information for the purpose of boarding the same flights and even booking seats near the artists. We kindly ask fans to refrain from purchasing any illegally distributed flight information. Please be advised that legal measures, both civil and criminal, may be taken against such unlawful activities regardless of the offender’s nationality. Your interest and cooperation are of great help in this process.
