August 11, 2026 (Tuesday) at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX. A. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PURCHASE ● Purchase Limits: ○ Official Merchandise: OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK is limited to 1 per person ○ Purchase limits are subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. Please check the information at the on-site sales booth. ● Payment Methods: Due to the venue policy, payments can only be made by card. ○ Accepted Payments Methods: - Credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. - Others: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. - Please note that certain payment methods may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company or stadium. ● Currency: All payments must be made in the local currency. ● Sales Tax: All sales prices do not include sales tax. ● Shopping Bags: No bags will be provided, in accordance with venue policy. ● Refunds & Exchanges: ○ Refunds or exchanges are not provided for a simple change of mind. ○ Exchange due to product defects can only be done on-site at the venue. Your safety cannot be guaranteed during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. ● Counterfeit/Illegal Products: ○ Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The 2026 CORTIS TOUR ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ IN NORTH AMERICA official merchandise will be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and the official online store, Weverse Shop. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. ○ Counterfeit or imitation light sticks cannot be linked with central concert control. OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK WIRELESS CONTROL INFORMATION ● Lightstick Pairing: Please make sure to turn on the Official Light Stick after you enter the venue. ○ For this concert, Light Sticks will be synced for light effects, and you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. ● Battery Information: Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. ○ The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. ○ Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. ● Please refer to the “CORTIS Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
