To accommodate as many fans as possible, we are selecting an additional 25 winners (5 more per member) beyond the originally announced count. Congratulations to all the winners! If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied. - Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid. * If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. * An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted. * For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host. * If you provided your name in English when purchasing your COER MEMBERSHIP, you need your passport to verify your identity and other IDs will not be accepted. * If you are a JP Membership holder using a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify your identity with a passport, you may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and the name in the language you provided. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to check for transferred, stolen, forged, or altered IDs. * If you are found to have used someone else’s ID or present a forged or altered ID, your participation in future fan events may be restricted. Additionally, please be particularly aware that you may be reported to the police on site and subject to legal penalties under charges such as forgery of official documents, illegal use of official documents, or obstruction of business. [Autographed Album] - Albums purchased during the application period will be shipped, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event. By entering the event, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph. - The album to get the autograph will be provided to you at the event venue. You cannot choose which version gets autographed, and you’ll be able to collect your album after getting the autograph. - Be careful not to lose any components after receiving your album, as replacements or additional items will not be provided in case of loss. * If the winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the original address submitted at purchase (non-changeable / non-selectable) within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons. 1) Incorrect name/address/phone number 2) Refusal to pay customs fees 3) Recipient absence/refusal * If a winner cannot attend in person due to unavoidable circumstances and wishes to receive the signed album in the United States, any customs duties and fees charged by the local carrier when it is shipped must be borne by the recipient. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results. * Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions. * The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner). ※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day. ※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage. 1. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the [Admission Time] ends. Please arrive on time for the event. 2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their winner numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose or damage your wristband.) 3. Participation is limited to the winner only (1 admission for 1 participant), and transferring, assigning, or selling winning rights to another person is strictly prohibited. If you are found committing such frauds, both the seller and receiver’s application and admission will be denied to this and they may be restricted from participating in any future events with the artist. 4. If you fail to enter the venue by the designated time after ID verification or continue to be uncooperative with the on-site staff, your participation in the event may be restricted. 5. Sticky notes for the artists will not be accepted at the fansign. Please do not make requests such as “draw me something” or “write a message for me” to the artist. You may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script if you have something to say to the artist. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note contains requests to write a name that is not yours or includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist autographs the album. 6. The event winners can choose either the name they used to apply for the event or their pre-submitted nickname for autographs; combining their real name and nickname is not allowed. If you submitted a nickname, you can receive your autograph made out to that nickname, and changing it on site is not allowed. However, if your submitted nickname is deemed inappropriate, the on-site staff may restrict its use. 7. Before entering the venue, please place your fan letters for the artist in the designated collection box or hand them to a staff member. Props for photos will not be accepted, and any gifts other than fan letters (including food) will not be accepted. 8. Due to the venue structure, installing tripods or selfie sticks is not permitted to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety. You are responsible for any accidents involving your personal equipment, so please handle it with care. 9. You are not permitted to move to seats other than your assigned one; however, taking photos and videos from your seat is allowed. However, filming or audio recording on stage is strictly prohibited, as well as asking for selfies or instant photos (e.g., Polaroid photos). If violated, your recorded data and files will be confiscated or deleted, and you will be escorted out immediately. 10. When waiting in line for your autograph, please leave all electronic and recording devices, including mobile phones, at your seat. 11. Violation of the event guidelines or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward artists or on-site staff may result in immediate denial of entry or participation, as well as restrictions or being asked to leave, without prior notice.
