If the name is not specified, the delivery cannot be processed. - Fan letters and gifts can be sent without prior application. However, if there are customs fees, cash-on-delivery charges, or courier service fees, the items will be returned or discarded without prior notice. - The following items are not accepted as gifts: cash (including cash-equivalent coupons and gift cards), self-produced items (e.g., photo books, printed photos, goods utilizing portraits), and food (including cakes and all types of snacks). - If you are sending only a fan letter, please ensure it is in the form of paper or a postcard enclosed in a standard envelope. The staff will review your request and respond regarding the feasibility of your support. Please prepare your support only after receiving confirmation. Final delivery is only possible after scheduling and coordination have been completed. - Applications that do not follow the specified email subject format or application content format may not be processed, so please ensure to apply correctly. - Support is only possible for open schedules, and if there are multiple support applications for the same schedule, priority will be given to the team that applied first. - Cashable gift certificates and cash gifts are not allowed for support. - If you make unreasonable demands for autographs or proof of support from the staff, it may result in disadvantages for future support activities. - Delivery of gifts to non-disclosed schedules, private locations, or through other means (e.g., artist’s family, other acquaintances, or production companies) is strictly prohibited.
