All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Please note that if you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be asked to leave, and all recorded materials will be deleted immediately on-site. - Please note that video recordings may take place during check-in and queuing. Some participants’ faces may be captured and could appear in artist-related content in the future. By applying for the event, you are consenting to these conditions. - All fan items are prohibited except for the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK. Additionally, to ensure the smooth progress of the recording, please be aware that you may be immediately asked to leave if you make personal comments or use personal fan items (including writing a member’s name on your palm or on paper). * Please make sure to keep the wristband and hand stamp provided at each recording. (You can apply once per account.) 4) Refunds for the albums purchased are not available, even if you have not won. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, clearly indicate date of birth (6-digit) and the holder’s name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. Please show the relevant screen to the staff upon check-in on the day of recording. (*Screenshots are not accepted.) ① Press ‘Like’ ♥️ on the ‘PINKY UP’ song on 'Melon' ② Press ‘Like’ 👍 on the ‘PINKY UP’ music video on 'YouTube' ③ Create and upload a short form video 📼 using the official ‘PINKY UP’ sound (choose from Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts) ▶Precautions on Participating in the Open Music Show 1) Participants can only leave the open music show once all the performances are over. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure everyone’s safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) There may be restrictions on age or application depending on the show. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 3) Taking photographs or videos or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting company’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your kind cooperation and understanding. ** If such an attempt is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. ** Engaging in such activities will result in a ban from future open music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone displays, dolls, fans, etc.) are prohibited. 5) For this open music show, you may check in at your convenience during the assigned time slot. ** Please be mindful of the check-in time for your number. If you arrive later than your assigned time, you will be considered late. Example 1) Check-In Time: 7 am - 8 am (KST): Numbers 1 - 150 / 8 am - 9 am (KST): Numbers 151 - 300 / Late Arrivals If your winning number reads “12 Sophia,” you can freely check in between 7 am and 7:59 am. If you arrive past 8 am, you will be marked late and given the very last number. Example 2) If your winning number reads “126 Yoonchae,” you can freely check in between 8 am and 9 am. Please note you can only check in during the time slot assigned to you, even if you arrive early. ** The on-site staff will not line the participants up. Please check in in the order of arrival when it is your time. (Check-in order is unrelated to the entry order. It follows the number you hold.) 6) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as running to the vehicle of KATSEYE members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both the fans and KATSEYE. 7) If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 8) You may deliver your letters to the KATSEYE members at the open music show. Please give them to the on-site staff, and they will pass them on to the members. ** Any gift other than the letters cannot be handed over. We ask that you carefully read the notice before participating so everyone at the music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner.
