Hello! This is your ENHYPEN fan club manager. We would like to inform you about the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon audience participation on December 24, 2022. Please read this notice thoroughly before joining to ensure ENGENE's safe and pleasant viewing experience. [Information on 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon Participation] Scheduled Time of Broadcasting: 19:30, Saturday, December 24, 2022 (KST) Qualification: ENHYPEN Weverse ENGENE membership holder + Those who purchased “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” album from the Weverse shop(Global) are eligible for application. - “MANIFESTO : DAY 1”, “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (ENGENE ver.)” (At least 1 version among the D Ver. / J Ver. / M Ver.; Regardless of the version), and “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (Weverse Albums ver.)” are eligible for application. Application period: 17:00, December 22, 2022 to 17:20, December 22, 2022 (KST) - The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event if they do. [Required Items to Bring for the Entry Check-in] * If you fail to bring even one of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the music show on the day and will be marked as absent. * If you fail to bring the required items, as long as you prepare them before the entry numbers are assigned, you will be able to have them checked. If your items are confirmed, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that follows those of regular participants. (Whether or not you are eligible to enter will be determined by the situation on-site.) 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile driver’s license. You may be asked to open and run the mobile driver’s license application on-site. We do not accept student IDs. We do not accept expired IDs. If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. If the staff deems that the photo on your ID does not match your actual appearance, you may be requested to provide additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation. 2) Membership Card We will check your ENGENE Membership card to verify your fan club membership. You must bring the physical or mobile ENGENE Membership card. (We do not accept screenshots or printed cards.) 3) Purchase of more than one “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” (Weverse Albums ver.) from the Weverse shop(Global) “MANIFESTO : DAY 1”, “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (ENGENE ver.)” (At least 1 version among the D Ver. / J Ver. / M Ver.; Regardless of the version), and “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (Weverse Albums ver.)” are eligible for application. The on-site staff will not check the actual album on the date of the music show. 4) ENHYPEN Official light stick [Notice on Visitor Entry and Viewing] 1) You must wear a mask indoors and outdoors when entering and exiting the venue, as well as during the music show. If you are not wearing a mask, you may be denied entry. Please adhere to safety measures against COVID-19 (wearing a mask, washing hands, etc.) to ensure everyone’s safety in the music show. 2) You are only permitted to exit the venue once the entire program has concluded. If you leave the venue before the program ends, causing a conflict with the broadcasting station, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club exclusive seats and more. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guide to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience. * If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. 3) Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 4) Depending on the situation on-site, the time and number of individuals allowed to enter may be altered, so please check the notice issued on-site. For pre-recorded shows, the recording time may vary depending on the situation of the broadcasting station. Please keep this in mind when applying for the event. 5) Taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited in the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. This is to ensure ENGENE's safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. * If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. The company will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue. You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. 6) Individual cheering tools other than the official light sticks are not permitted in the ENHYPEN fan club seats. If you use individual cheering tools, you may be asked to stop by the on-site staff. 7) Even though you are a winner through the application, you will be penalized if you do not participate in the event. (excluding waitlisted number) 8) If you are not present during the check-in time, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that comes after those of the regular participants. 9) If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant music show and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. 10) If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artists' vehicles while ENHYPEN members are moving, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. 11) You can deliver your letters to the ENHYPEN members through the staff at the music show. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site.
