[Information on SEOUL FESTA 2023 Opening Ceremony Participation] Scheduled Time of Event: 19:30, Sunday, April 30, 2023 (KST) Qualification: ENHYPEN Weverse ENGENE membership holder + Those who purchased “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” album from the Weverse shop(Global) are eligible for application. Application period: 18:00, April 19, 2023 to 18:30, April 19, 2023 (KST) - The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application for participation in time. - It is impossible to modify your application after clicking "Apply for Participation", so please proceed with the application in time. - Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from 18:00 (KST). Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event if they do. [Required Items to Bring for the Entry Check-in] * If you fail to bring even one of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the event on the day and will be marked as absent. * If you fail to bring the required items, as long as you prepare them before the end of Check-in time, you will be able to have them checked. If your items are confirmed, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that follows those of regular participants. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) Korean nationals: Passport (must be issued before December 21, 2020), Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers) Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card - Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. - For those whose passports have been issued after December 21, 2020, you must show your passport and the passport information certificate. - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We do not accept student IDs. - We do not accept expired IDs. - If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. - If the staff deems that the photo on your ID does not match your actual appearance, you may be requested to provide additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation. - In case of application certificate, it must have the agency’s seal, and its personal information including your photo, personal informationm issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. - For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. e.g. Name on ID: 양엔진 > Name provided during the application: 양엔진 (O) / YANG ENGENE (X) Name on ID : YANG ENGENE > Name provided during the application: 양엔진 (X) / YANG ENGENE (O) 2) Purchase of more than one “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” from the Weverse shop(Global) Those who purchased “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” from the Weverse shop(Global) are eligible for application. - “MANIFESTO : DAY 1”, “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (ENGENE ver.)” (At least 1 version among the D Ver. / J Ver. / M Ver.; Regardless of the version), and “MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (Weverse Albums ver.)” are eligible for application. - The on-site staff will not check the actual album on the date of the event. 3) ENHYPEN Official light stick [Notice on Visitor Entry and Viewing] 1) You are only permitted to exit the venue once the entire event has concluded. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guide to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) Even though you are a winner through the application, you will be penalized if you do not participate in the event. 3) Individual cheering tools other than the official light sticks are not permitted in the ENHYPEN fan club seats. If you use individual cheering tools, you may be asked to stop by the on-site staff. 4) If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 5) If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant event and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. 6) If you are not present in line during the roll call time, or if you missed your roll call time due to standing in the incorrect order, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that comes after those of the regular participants. - On-site staff are not in charge of lining you up. Please check your entry number and stand in line accordingly. For example, if the check-in time is 8 PM, you must be present in the waiting line by 7:59:59 PM. If you arrive after 8:00:00 PM, you will be marked as late. 7) If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artists' vehicles while ENHYPEN members are moving, you will be banned from participating in any future events. 8) You can deliver your letters to the ENHYPEN members through the staff at the site. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site.
