We would like to inform you on the operation of official merchandise booths at ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR “FATE” IN U.S. held at the Toyota Center, Houston, TX on October 13, 2023, and the American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX on October 14, 2023. Houston, TX - Toyota Center(Concert Date - October 13, 2023) *based on Houston, TX local time 1. Official Merchandise Sales Booth (On the Day of the Concert) 1) Official concert merchandise sales booth outside the venue - Friday, October 13, from 10 AM to one hour after the concert ends (While supplies last) - Location: La Branch Street Entrance, Box Office, La Branch & Bell Street *La Branch Street Entrance, Box Office, and La Branch & Bell Street Booth will not be available during the concert. 2) Official merchandise sales booth inside the venue - Friday, October 13, from when the gate opens to one hour after the concert ends (While supplies last) - Location: Section 112, West Concourse *Section 112 and West Concourse Booth will not be available during the concert. 2. Official Light Stick Pairing Booth 1) Outdoor Pairing Booth - Friday, October 13, from 12 PM to the start of the concert - Location: La Branch Street Entrance, La Branch & Bell Street 2) Indoor Pairing Booth - Friday, October 13, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins - Location: Section 112, West Concourse Dallas, TX - American Airlines Center (Concert Date - October 14, 2023) *based on Dallas, TX local time 1. Official Light Stick Pairing Booth 1) Outdoor Pairing Booth - Saturday, October 14, from 12 PM to the start of the concert - Location: South Plaza 2) Indoor Pairing Booth - Saturday, October 14, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins - Location: Section 108, Section 112, Section 117 [Important Information] 1. Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted. 2. Payment Methods: Only credit card payment is accepted. 3. Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - A maximum of two OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK can be purchased per customer. - For TRADING CARD and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of ten items can be purchased per customer. - For TRADING CARD SET, a maximum of one item can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, TRADING CARD, TRADING CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than one option, up to three items can be purchased per option (e.g., for S/S T-SHIRT, you can purchase up to nine pieces – three pieces per size). - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. 4. Purchase Limit for Official Albums: - There is no purchase limit to all albums sold at the site. 5. You will receive one random PVC photo card for every album you purchase if you buy one or more albums at the site. Please be advised that the PVC photo cards are offered only at the site and no other retailers. [Precaution Before Purchase] 1. All merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. 2. All transactions are made in U.S. dollars (USD). 3. All sales prices do not include sales tax. 4. Only credit card payment is accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) ※ Accepted payment methods: - Credit, prepaid, debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. - Others: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. 5. We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please be aware that defective merchandise can only be exchanged on-site, so make sure to check the condition of your purchases upon receiving them. Please have your receipt ready when exchanging defective merchandise. (You will be given a refund if the merchandise is sold out.) 6. Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. 7. Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. 8. Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The official merchandise of the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR “FATE” IN U.S. will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. 9. Counterfeit or imitation official light sticks cannot be linked with central concert control. [OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Wireless Display Pairing Information] 1. You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK at the pairing booth in the venue. 2. You can easily pair it using the smartphone app "ENHYPEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK." 3. Please make sure you insert three new AAA alkaline batteries before the concert. Your light will fade if the battery is low and may flash red. 4. Please refer to the "OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK App Use and CONCERT MODE Guide" provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information. 5.
