안녕하세요. 빌리프랩입니다. 당사는 엔하이픈에 대한 명예훼손, 모욕, 성희롱, 허위사실, 악의적 비방 등 악성 게시물 작성자를 상대로 정기적인 법적 대응을 하고 있습니다. 관련해 진행 상황을 안내드립니다. 온라인상에서 아티스트의 인격을 모독하고 악의적인 루머를 조장하는 악성 게시글은 실시간으로 수집하고 있습니다. 또한 특정 사이트에서 이뤄지는 성희롱성 게시글도 확인하고 모니터링 범위를 확대하여 채증하고 있습니다. 팬 여러분의 제보와 자체 모니터링을 통해 수집한 증거자료를 바탕으로 악성 게시물 작성자들을 모욕 및 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(통신매체이용음란) 등의 혐의로 고소 조치했습니다. 아울러, 지난 고소 건들 중 아티스트 소통 영상 관련 악성 게시글을 작성한 자를 포함하여, 피의자들 다수의 신원을 수사기관이 확보하였으며 현재 추가적인 절차가 진행되고 있습니다. 아티스트 권익 침해 관련한 법적 대응 과정에 어떠한 합의나 선처도 없습니다. 엔하이픈에 대한 악성 게시물 수집과 신고, 법적 대응은 정기적으로 이뤄집니다. 앞으로도 팬 여러분의 관심과 빌리프랩 법적 대응 계정(protect@belift.kr)을 통한 적극적인 제보 부탁드립니다. 엔하이픈을 향한 팬 여러분의 애정과 헌신에 늘 감사드립니다. 저희 빌리프랩은 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다. ----- Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to ENHYPEN, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. We would like to provide an update on these activities. We are actively collecting malicious postings that defame our artists’ characters and propagate malicious rumors online in real time. We are also monitoring and expanding the scope of evidence collection to include sexually harassing postings taking place on certain websites. Based on evidence submitted by our fans as well as collected through our internal monitoring system, we have filed criminal complaints against authors of malicious postings for offenses such as Defamation and violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Obscene Acts by Using Means of Communication). Furthermore, law enforcement agencies have secured the identities of multiple suspects who wrote malicious postings, including the author of a defamatory post with regards to an artist communication video, among the past cases filed. Additional procedures are currently in progress. Our policy of no settlement and no leniency under any circumstances during the legal proceedings against such an invasion of artists’ rights remains in effect. We regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding ENHYPEN, report them to the authorities, and take legal action.
