ENGENE Membership Fan Club Booth ‘ENGENE ZONE’ [How to Participate] Visit “ENGENE ZONE” during its operation hours, go through identity and ENGENE membership holder verification and claim your prize. * If you received an "ENGENE card", please visit the designated booth and receive one set of photo cards (a set of seven photo cards.) * Those who purchased the ENGENE Membership KIT can receive the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR “FATE PLUS” IN SEOUL sticker by bringing the stamp book with you when picking up your special gifts. [Operation Hours] February 23 (FRI) 12AM-6PM February 24 (SAT) 11AM-5PM February 25 (SUN) 10AM-4PM ※ This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. [Verification] 1) Concert ticket for day of visit + admission wristband 2) Identification card (with photo ID, name, and birthdate) 3) ENGENE Membership Card (Physical card or Digital card) The three listed items above must be presented upon verification, and only hard copies of your ID card will be accepted. [Reminder] 1) ENGENE ZONE is only available for ENGENE Membership members who hold the concert ticket for the day of the visit. Only one entry is accepted (One person can enter once per day). e.g. When visiting the booth on February 24, a ticket for February 24 is valid (O) When visiting the booth on February 24, a ticket for February 25 is not valid (X) 2) Please visit the verification booth and complete the identity verification process to participate in this event. 3) Identification verification is only valid with an ID card that includes your photo ID, name, and birthdate (Hard copy only). We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. * ID card (must include a recognizable photo) Korean nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - You will not be eligible to participate in ENGENE ZONE if your ENGENE Membership information and your ID information do not match. - Identity verification will not be possible with a student ID. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else’s ENGENE Membership Card or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found borrowing someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will be banned from participating in any future fan club activities. - After claiming the gift, a mark will be made on your wristband.
