We would like to provide you with some information on participating in the 'ROMANCE : UNTOLD' FAN SHOWCASE held to celebrate the release of 2nd Studio Album 'ROMANCE : UNTOLD'. Please read the items below. We look forward to ENGENE’s enthusiastic participation. [ENHYPEN 2nd Studio Album “ROMANCE: UNTOLD” Fan Showcase] - Date: 7 PM, Friday, July 12, 2024 (KST) - Location: Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium - Online streaming platform: ENHYPEN weverse, HYBE LABELS YouTube - Number of ENGENE Membership Participating : 900 people(through a raffle) [Information on Participation] All who have purchased at least one of the following: ENHYPEN weverse ENGENE membership holder + Those who purchased more than one ROMANCE : UNTOLD albums from the weverse shop(Global) are eligible for application. * At least 1 version among the [SHOWCASE] ROMANCE : UNTOLD (Set or Random) or [SHOWCASE] ROMANCE : UNTOLD (ENGENE ver.) (Set or Random) are eligible for application. * If you are not ENGENE Membership holders at the time of identity verification on the day of the event, you may be refused admission. - Application Period: From 3 PM, Thursday, June 20 to 3 PM, Wednesday, June 26, 2024 (KST) - Winner Announcement: After 2 PM, Thursday, June 27, 2024 (KST) - Application Link: Link [Precautions for Participation] * Duplicate applications will be disqualified for participation. * Please note that the entry methods above apply only to “in-person” participation. * ENGENE Membership KIT purchasers can receive an “ROMANCE: UNTOLD” Fan Showcase sticker upon identity verification by bringing the stamp book to the event. * This event can be applied from the age of 14 and older who can sign up for ENGENE Membership. * If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. * Consent to the collection and use of personal information - Agent of collection: WEVERSE COMPANY - Personal information provided to: BELIFT LAB - Purpose of collection: To check if a person is eligible to apply for the ENHYPEN weverse ENGENE Membership event - Information collected: Name, contact details, email, date of birth - Period of retention and use: From the time of application to within 30 days after the event * If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate. (For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.) * If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended, even if you did not win. * Once the raffle winners are announced, all orders you used to enter the event raffle will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the raffle. [On-Site Ticket Pick-Up Information] * Tickets will be distributed during the roll call, and seats will be randomly assigned on site. * If you visit outside the designated operating hours of the ticket booth, check-in may not be possible depending on the situation on the site. * If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - Korean nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card(issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card 2) ENHYPEN Official light stick * Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. * A Korean national holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. * If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. * We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * We do not accept student IDs. * Only the valid IDs are accepted. * If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. * An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be asked on-site. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site.
