How to Purchase On-Site ENHYPEN’s Second Studio Album “ROMANCE: UNTOLD” official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. 1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Date/Time - Friday, July 12, 2024, from 12 PM to one hour before the start of the concert * On-Site Sales Location - In front of the “88 Seoul Olympics” sculpture, in front of the handball stadium [Important Information] * Sales may end early if inventories for all items are exhausted. * Payment Methods: Payment can be made by cash or credit card. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit - A maximum of two OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKs can be purchased per customer. - For all products other than the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. Pairing Booth Information 1) Pairing Booth Outside the Venue * Operating Hours - Friday, July 12, 2024, from 2 PM to one hour before the start of the concert * Location - In front of the “88 Seoul Olympics” sculpture, in front of the handball stadium 2) Pairing Booth Inside the Venue * Operating Hours - Friday, July 12, 2024, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins * Location - Lobby inside Gate 2-3 [OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Wireless Display Pairing Information] * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK at the pairing booth in the venue. * You can easily pair it using the “EN- Official Light Stick” app. Please see below for the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK app self-pairing schedule. - Registration is available after 4 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. * Please make sure you insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * If the battery is low, the brightness of the light will decrease and wireless control may stop.
