Hello. For ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'WALK THE LINE' concert, the Light Stick and Light Band will be paired to your seat and wirelessly controlled. Press the [Concert Mode] button in the latest version of the official Light Stick app (“EN- Official Light Stick Ver.2”) to pair your Light Stick and Light Band with your seat. Please refer to the image below for more information. [Official Light Stick Ver.1] - ENHYPEN Official Light Stick Ver.1 supports Light Stick effects only after updating the firmware to the latest version. (latest firmware version is v2.0) - Firmware updates are available via both the Official Light Stick App Ver. 1 and Ver. 2, provided the apps are updated to the latest version. - After the firmware update, pair the Light Stick with your seat via the Light Stick App Ver.2. [Official Light Stick Ver.2 & Light Band] - Firmware update is not required. - You can pair the Light Stick and Light Band with your seat via the Light Stick App Ver.2. [Additional Information] ※ The Light Stick and Light Band cannot be paired simultaneously. Please proceed with pairing one by one. ※ Pairing with the seat using the app can be done approximately one or two days before the concert day. Please check the seat information of the ticket you purchased and pair the Light Stick and Light Band with your seat. ※ On-site congestion on the day of the concert may delay the firmware update and pairing speed or cause them to fail. Please perform the firmware update and pair your Light Stick and Light Band with your seat before coming to the concert venue. ※ Before coming to the concert, replace old batteries in your Light Stick with new alkaline batteries. For the Light Band, please charge it in advance. ※ If the battery of your Light Stick or Light Band is low, the light may fade or flash in different colors, then turn off. ※ The Light Stick or Light Band will remain paired with the seat during the concert even if the batteries are replaced (Light Stick) or being charged (Light Band), and the light effect will resume automatically. ※ While the Light Band can be wirelessly controlled during charging, it is not recommended as it may lead to overheating or reduced battery performance.
