[Operation Hours] October 5 (SAT) 10AM - 5PM October 6 (SUN) 9AM - 4PM ※ This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. [How to Save Card for Offline Use] 1) Go to Weverse ENHYPEN Community and tap on the triple dots in the top right-hand corner → Tap “Membership” 2) Tap “Save for Offline Use” under the membership card! [How to Check Your Offline Membership Card] - Tap [More (...)] in the bottom right corner of the Weverse app’s main screen → Tap “My Membership” If you have saved your membership for offline use, you can check and show your membership at the ENGENE ZONE venue without an internet connection. Tap on [More] in the bottom right corner of the Weverse app’s main screen and go to “My Membership.” [Reminder] 1) ENGENE ZONE is only available for ENGENE Membership members who hold the concert ticket for the day of the visit. Only one entry is accepted (One person can enter once per day). e.g. When visiting the booth on October 5, a ticket for October 5 is valid (O) When visiting the booth on October 5, a ticket for October 6 is not valid (X) 2) Identification verification is only valid with an ID card that includes your photo ID, name, and birthdate (Hard copy only). We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. * ID card (must include a recognizable photo) Korean nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - You will not be eligible to participate in ENGENE ZONE if your ENGENE Membership information and your ID information do not match. - Identity verification will not be possible with a student ID. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else’s ENGENE Membership Card or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found borrowing someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will be banned from participating in any future fan club activities. - After claiming the gift, a mark will be made on your concert ticket and the back of your hand.
