Greetings, this is BELIFT LAB. We are writing to provide this notice about our legal proceedings taken against various malicious misconduct that targets our artist, ENHYPEN. Such conduct include invasion of privacy, stalking and unauthorized recording/photography, along with defamatory conduct based on false information maliciously framed and targeted against ENHYPEN and the members. These privacy violations and defamatory conduct are not only illegal but also can be subject to criminal penalties. In fact, such conduct created false information that have been rapidly circulated through various online communities and social media platforms, and have severely damaged our artists’ reputation and privacy. In response, based on evidence gathered via real-time monitoring systems and valuable reports from our fans, we took immediate legal actions, including reporting to the relevant law enforcement agencies and filing suit against the perpetrators. Moreover, we have gathered evidence of online posts and comments that support and reproduce such malicious and defamatory rumors across domestic and international communities. This evidence has been included in our complaint submitted to the law enforcement agencies as well. We will continue to monitor and take legal action against any further malicious conduct against our artists. We are actively and consistently pursuing legal measures against those who create malicious and defamatory posts that include insults, sexual harassment, false information, and slander against ENHYPEN. As part of this effort, we have collected and included in our complaints, the evidence of such posts and comments from multiple domestic and international platforms and social media, including Ilbe.com, theqoo.net, dcinside.com, pann.nate.com, instiz.net, fmkorea.com, Naver.com and Daum.net. As stated above, we are taking immediate legal actions against various illegal conduct such as stalking, invasion of privacy and personal information, and will take further steps to ensure the protection of our artists. We would like to make it clear that there will be no settlement or leniency in the legal actions against any infringement of our artists’ rights. We will continue to reinforce our real-time monitoring systems, efficiently collect the relevant evidence, and actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to hold the wrongdoers fully accountable. In doing so, the support and cooperation from our fans across the world is one of the key elements.
