[Notice] Actions to Protect Artists

Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. We sincerely thank ENGENE for sending your love and support to ENHYPEN. Actions that endanger the safety and violate the privacy of our artists have escalated to serious levels, beyond what is acceptable. We are actively responding to protect our artists, including pursuing legal measures, and would like to provide an update on the ongoing situation. 1. Measures Against Privacy Violations and Illegal Stalking of Artists We have recently witnessed serious illegal stalking incidents involving individuals who have bribed delivery workers or drivers to trespass into our artists' residences, photographing them and selling the photographs. In response, we have initiated criminal proceedings based on the evidence obtained, including security camera footage. Furthermore, we continue to experience frequent privacy infringements and stalking behaviors, such as using illegally purchased information to board the same flights as our artists, as well as persistently and repeatedly taking unauthorized photographs of the artists in private spaces. We would like to make clear that these actions cause serious harm to our artists and constitute stalking behaviors that explicitly violate our artists' consent. We are continuously collecting and documenting evidence that can identify these perpetrators. Based on such evidence and reports from our fans, we are actively pursuing reporting and filing complaints with the relevant authority. We will fully cooperate with the investigative agency to ensure prompt and thorough investigations into these matters. 2. Measures Against Organized Dissemination of False Information to Defame Artists We have identified cases of organized activities in online chatrooms, including the dissemination of false rumors and selling related information to threaten artists. We are currently gathering evidence for such cases and other illegal activities listed below, and are taking strong legal action: ▲Continuously making phone calls including sending obscene messages to artists' mobile phones ▲Following artists in their private lives ▲Illegally obtaining and selling artists' personal information and videos ▲Continuously making phone calls including sending obscene messages to artists' mobile phones ▲Other actions that violate artists' privacy Fan reports have been invaluable in this process. If you have any information on such perpetrators, please submit it through the HYBE Artist Rights Violation Reporting Site (protect.hybecorp.com). 3. Guidelines for Order and Safety at the Airport Large crowds at airports during domestic and international travel pose significant safety risks to not only artists and fans, but other airport users as well. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining order and safety by refraining from: ▲interfering with artists at airports, ▲attempting excessive physical contact with artists, and ▲taking indiscriminate close-up photographs in prohibited areas within airports. Additionally, buying and selling flight information is illegal. An airline employee who sold an artist’s boarding information was recently prosecuted after an investigation. Please refrain from partaking in selling artists' private information. Finally, stalkers and individuals found guilty of such violations will be barred from participating in artist-related events. We have reported several cases of stalking in order to protect our artists, and police investigations are currently underway. Please kindly understand our decision to withhold real-time updates in order to ensure the effectiveness of the ongoing investigations. We will remain strongly committed to protecting our artists. Thank you.
