[Notice] Update Notice on Legal Proceedings Against Violation of Artist Rights (June.30.)

Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. First, we extend our deepest gratitude to all ENGENE for their unwavering support and encouragement to ENHYPEN. We have previously issued multiple announcements requesting an end to acts that infringe on our artists’ privacy. Despite repeated warnings, the situation has not improved; in fact, it has become even more severe. This has caused extreme mental and physical suffering for the artists, and we will strongly proceed with all possible responses, including legal action, to protect our artists. We would like to provide the following updates on these ongoing efforts. 1. Legal actions against acts that threaten artist safety, such as stalking and invasion of privacy Recently, we've encountered serious stalking incidents, including one where individuals unlawfully entered an artist’s residence and illegally recorded them. As soon as we became aware, we reported it to the police for violations of trespassing and stalking laws. The suspects were arrested on the spot and are currently under police investigation. We are actively cooperating to ensure they receive appropriate punishment under the law. Furthermore, we've identified and are actively addressing a large number of posts offering illegally acquired or falsely created artist personal information for sale. Such illegal information trading is a serious crime that severely threatens our artists’ safety and well-being. Specifically, cases involving illegally obtaining an artist’s phone number or address and repeatedly attempting to contact them or seeking them out at their residence or other private spaces outside their official schedule constitute clear crimes. Such acts instill fear in the artists and cause significant mental and physical harm. We'll continuously enhance our monitoring, ensuring we swiftly pursue all possible civil and criminal legal actions against these illegal activities. We will respond firmly regardless of the suspect’s nationality, adhering to a zero-tolerance, no-settlement policy. A suspect’s criminal record may also serve as a basis for measures like forced deportation and entry prohibition under immigration control laws. 2. Legal actions against acts infringing on personality rights, such as malicious slander and dissemination of false information We regularly take strong legal action by collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments—including insults, defamation, and sexual harassment—against our artists. This is achieved through valuable reports from fans and our real-time monitoring system. Specifically, we continuously monitor domestic communities and portal sites such as NAVER, Daum (Women’s Generation, Jjukbang Cafe, etc.), Nate, TheQoo, DC Inside, Instiz, Ilgan Best, FMKorea, Weverse, Postype, as well as music platforms (Melon, Bugs, Genie Music, etc.) and overseas social media channels (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). As a result, we have collected substantial evidence of malicious posts and comments that harm our artists’ honor and personality rights. We have filed complaints with investigative authorities against all individuals who posted content that excessively insults, ridicules, attacks the character of, sexually harasses, or spreads unfounded false information about our artists. 3. Legal actions against cases of forgery or misuse of identification documents related to participation in fan events Recently, there has been an increase in individuals forging identification documents or using another person’s identity to apply for or participate in fan events. Such actions harm other fans and hinder fair participation. When such acts are confirmed, both the name lender and the name borrower will be excluded from applying for and participating in future fan events and may also face criminal penalties under relevant laws. We will continue to take active measures against these fraudulent activities, including filing complaints and criminal reports, to protect our artists and promote a healthy and upright fandom culture. Your interest and reports have been highly valuable in enabling these legal actions. If you encounter malicious posts or illegal activities involving our artists, or anything threatening their personal safety, please report them through the “HYBE Artist Rights Violation Report Website (https://protect.hybecorp.com)." To ensure your reports are more effectively incorporated into legal action, please submit full-screen screenshots from a PC or full-page print files (PDF) with all information—such as URLs, usernames, post content, and the dates of the screenshots—clearly visible, if possible. Please avoid submitting mobile screenshots. Following a zero-tolerance policy, without any leniency or settlement, we will hold perpetrators legally accountable, regardless of their nationality, for all illegal acts that infringe upon the rights of our artists. We deeply appreciate your continued love and support for ENHYPEN. We will continue to do our best to ensure our artists’ rights are fully protected. Thank you.
