SHOP is only permitted for guests of the ENHYPEN Offline Special Exhibition ‘UNSEEN’ in SHANGHAI. Entry to the shop alone is not allowed. 2. The shop is located at the end of the exhibition route, just before exiting. Depending on the on-site situation, entry may be delayed if there are too many visitors at once. 3. Re-entry to the exhibition venue or the shop is not allowed once you exit. 4. For ticket purchasing and exhibition guidance, please refer to the official QQ Music Weibo post and ticketing page. [Product Purchase Guidelines and Important Notes] 1. Upon entry, you will receive an order form. Please fill in the quantities of the items you wish to purchase and submit the form at the cashier. Payment must be completed before you receive your products. 2. Each person is allowed only one order form. 3. Products may sell out in advance. Exhibition ticket cancellations or refunds due to sold-out items will not be accepted. 4. Each product type is limited to a maximum of 2 items per person. 5. Purchase limits apply per person, not based on the number of tickets held. However, limits apply separately for each exhibition session. 6. If you attempt to purchase over the limit, your payment may be declined or canceled. 7. Shopping bags are available for purchase only to customers buying products. They cannot be purchased separately for other purposes. 8. Only WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cash are accepted. Credit cards are not supported. 9. After exiting the shop, a paid “Photoism” booth featuring an ENHYPEN-exclusive photo frame will be available. Please refer to on-site signage for details. [Promotional Gift Events] 1. For every single receipt totaling 349 RMB or more, the following two gifts will be provided upon payment confirmation, based on the receipt amount: 1) One randomly selected acrylic keyring featuring unreleased Polaroid photos (Shanghai exclusive product) - One gift is given per 349 RMB increment (e.g., 698 RMB = 2 gifts) - Each receipt is only eligible for one-time gift redemption. 2) One group photo card (same as those offered at the Seoul Exhibition) - Only one photo card is given per receipt, regardless of total purchase amount. - Even if the purchase exceeds 698 RMB, only one photo card will be given. 2. Only single receipts are recognized for the promotion. Combining multiple receipts or splitting payments will not be accepted. 3.
