The <Merch Shop> operates on an online reservation system. Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. Reservations will be available in two weekly rounds. Each ID may reserve one time slot per week through the designated link. Entry may be delayed even for those who have made a reservation depending on the number of people waiting. 2. The <Merch Shop> pre-order link will be posted to the HYBE MERCH official X channel. It will also be added to this notice for your reference. 4. In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified IDs can make the reservation. Each reservation allows admission for one person only. 5. Customers who are under the age of 14 can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardian. 6. The staff will check your reservation confirmation page upon entry. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app that has been logged in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. 7. The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. 8. If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it as the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. 9. Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. 10. If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. 11. The reservation status will be updated in real time. The <Showroom> will be held at the Open Stage on the first floor of he Shinsegae Central Plaza. 2. Should the number of guests exceed the limit, the <Showroom> will employ an on-site queuing system for your optimal visiting experience. - When you are called, you can enter only through the designated entrance of the <Showroom> on the first floor. - Entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of people waiting to enter the <Showroom>. 3. Even if you have made a reservation for the <Merch Shop>, you must also register to view the <Showroom>. [Artist-Made Collection by ENHYPEN POP-UP Merch Shop] Entry Information 1. The <Merch Shop> will be held at the Special Event Venue located on the B1 floor of Shinsegae Gangnam. 2. You can wait in the designated waiting area starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from waiting early to prevent congestion at the site. 3. It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since your reserved session, and you cannot enter. Please make sure you visit on time. 4. Entry will proceed sequentially after the staff checks your reservation confirmation page at the entrance. 5. You will be able to spend up to one hour. Please adhere to the time limit to prevent the subsequent session from being delayed. 6. Entry may be delayed if the venue’s capacity is exceeded. For smooth operations, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. 7. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. 8. A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for an exchange/refund of a product. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. 9. The <Showroom> is open to all visitors without prior reservation and can be entered freely through the on-site queuing system. However, there may be a wait for entry depending on on-site circumstances. [How to Purchase Merchandise] 1. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. 2. All products may sell out early. 3. All events at the POP-UP may end early once the gifts are out of stock. 4. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or with Shinsegae Department Store gift cards. (Shinsegae Pay, Kakao Pay, Samsung Pay, and Smile Pay are also accepted.) 5. Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding making purchases. 6. These official products are only available through official channels, including POP-UP stores and Weverse Shop. Please be careful not to use or visit unauthorized or illegal retailers that infringe upon the artists’ rights, or purchase counterfeit products. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. Please bring the undamaged item, receipt, and method of payment within 7 days of making the purchase. Only a refund will be issued if the product you wish to exchange for is sold out. 2. During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the store where you purchased your item. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 7-day purchase policy. 4. For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please contact us via email (popup@hybecorp.com). 5. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging - “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 6. Refunds will only be provided when all gifts received with the purchase are also returned. Otherwise, your request for a refund may be denied. 7. Please consult the staff at the POP-UP store should you need additional information regarding the refund and exchange policy. [Important Information] 1. Upon exiting the <Showroom> or <Merch Shop>, immediate re-entry is not permitted. For the <Showroom>, please register on the on-site queuing system once again, wait for your turn, and then enter. 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. 4. We may take photos or videos inside and around the store. The photos and videos may be uploaded on HYBE’s social media channels, platforms, etc. 5. Please do not wait in line overnight.
