Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. - If there are people waiting before the POP-UP store opens, on-site queuing registration will begin at 9:30 am (KST), and entry will proceed sequentially. On-site queuing times are subject to change without prior notice and will operate flexibly depending on on-site circumstances. (Pre-opening on-site queuing registration location: In front of 1F 9GATE at Jamsil Lotte World Mall / Post-opening on-site queuing registration location: POP-UP store entrance) - Once you register for the on-site entrance queue, you will receive a push message or email notification when your entry time arrives. - Once you receive the notification, please line up in front of the store. You can enter once your queuing number is checked. - Your queuing reservation will be automatically canceled 20 minutes after the entry notification. - Queuing registration may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. - Once everyone in the queue has been called, the pop-up may be made open to entry without registration. - Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. [How to Make a Purchase] - In the POP-UP store, you can purchase merchandise for ENHYPEN’s THE CITY SEOUL and various other themes. - The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. Please make sure to follow instructions from the on-site staff when you visit. - If you try to purchase more than the purchase limit, your payment may be declined or canceled. - All products may sell out early. - All raffle events held on-site will end once the prizes are out of stock. - Purchases cannot be split or combined for the purpose of participating in any raffle events held on site. - Only Korean won (KRW, ₩) is accepted for all on-site transactions. - Payments can be made with cash, credit card, department store gift certificate, and simple payment (Apple Pay, Alipay, Kakao Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay). - Payment can be made by cash or credit card. - Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. Stamp Event Visit the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘WALK THE LINE’ : FINAL THE CITY SEOUL POP-UP and participate in various missions to collect stamps. - Upon entering the POP-UP, you will receive a stamp postcard that you can use to participate in the stamp event. (One postcard per person) - Complete 3 stamp missions to receive a “WALK THE LINE” logo circular hand mirror. (One mirror per person) - Mirrors are given once per person and will not be reissued if lost. - The events may end early if special gifts run out. 2. On-Site Events - The following experience zones will be operated on-site. ● Message Zone: A space where you can leave a message of support for the artist ● Word Search Zone: A space where you can participate in a simple game - Find ENHYPEN member names in the provided word search board. - This event is a stamp event mission, and participation is limited to once per person. - This event may end early if the word search boards run out. Merchandise Purchase Gift - Purchase KRW 70,000 or more worth of THE CITY SEOUL merchandise: Receive one randomly selected unreleased ENHYPEN portrait photo card A ver.
