The “ENGENE ZONE” fan club booth will open from October 24 to October 26 during the “ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘WALK THE LINE’ : FINAL” for ENGENE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ENGENE Membership (“ENGENE Membership”) holders. To enhance your visit, we are now accepting pre-applications for the ENGENE ZONE special gift. All ENGENE who wish to visit the ENGENE ZONE booth are encouraged to thoroughly read the information below. [Pre-Application Period] From 2 pm, Friday, October 17 to 2 pm, Thursday, October 23, 2025 ∟ Applications will not be accepted after the pre-application period, so please be sure to complete your application within the pre-application period. ∟ Those who have not pre-applied will not be eligible for special gifts, even by visiting the booth on site. [How to Pre-Apply] 1. Open the “ENGENE ZONE” pre-application form for the date you will be attending the concert. ∟ e.g., if you have a reservation for the Friday, October 24 show, open the Friday, October 24 pre-application form 2. Submit the form once it has been accurately filled in with your information. 3. After 6 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025 (KST), go to the “Event Entries” section to see the QR code for your selected date. ∟ All those who apply in advance will receive a QR code, which will expire if the special gift is not picked up on the specified date. ∟ Applications may be filled for multiple dates, but a special gift can only be exchanged on the day for the “ENGENE ZONE” QR code that matches the concert date. E.g., on Friday, October 24, if you present a DAY1 (October 24) ENGENE ZONE winning QR code and a Friday, October 24 concert ticket, you will receive a special gift. [How to Fill Out the Pre-Application Form] The name on the pre-application form will be automatically filled in with the name you used to sign up for your ENGENE Membership. When entering your date of birth, please ensure it matches the information on your ID. ENGENE Membership Holders Under the Age of 14 : When signing up for the Membership, enter your full name exactly as it appears on your ID. In the date of birth field, please enter the date of birth of a direct family member (parent or legal guardian only). On the concert day, you must visit the ENGENE ZONE booth with 1) your ID and 2) a document proving your relationship to the direct family member (parent or legal guardian). * Acceptable proof of relationship (parent or legal guardian only): A copy of a family relation certificate or a resident registration (one of the two) * If you are applying with a name in English, all required documents must also be in English. ⭐ Things to Check When Pre-Applying ⭐️ Before submitting your application form, please carefully check that your date of birth is entered correctly. If the information on the form does not match the person in attendance on-site, the special gift will not be provided, so please ensure all information is accurate. [Location] Plaza in front of KSPO DOME [Operating Hours] - From 11 am to 6 pm, Friday, October 24 (KST) - From 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday, October 25 (KST) - From 9 am to 4 pm, Sunday, October 26 (KST) ** This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. ** Please arrive during operating hours to receive your special gift. Even if you have a winning QR code, you will not be able to receive a special gift after operating hours. ** Depending on on-site circumstances, there may be a wait to receive the special gift. If you have a scheduled event to attend before the main concert, such as the Sound Check, please take this into consideration and arrive with plenty of time to spare. [Required Items to Bring] 1) Mobile concert ticket for the same day 2) Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3) Weverse pre-application details for the day of the concert (mobile only) ** To receive the special gift, the Membership used for pre-application must be valid until the concert date (booth visit date). If your Membership is scheduled to expire between the date of your pre-application and the date of the concert (booth visit date), please renew your Membership in advance. ** Membership holders who have pre-applied can only receive special gifts if they visit in person. (Receiving them by a proxy is not allowed.) ** ENGENE Membership holders under the age of 14 must bring paperwork that proves their relationship with the direct family member (limited to parents or legal guardian), in addition to the items listed above, to the “ENGENE ZONE” booth. ㄴ Acceptable proof of relationship (parent or legal guardian only): A copy of a family relation certificate or a resident registration (one of the two) ** The above items must all be presented, and only actual tickets and IDs will be accepted. (Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.) ** Mobile tickets must be presented on an active screen from the ticket seller (app or website) for verification. Photos or screenshots will not be accepted. ** However, a screenshot of the Weverse QR code under “Event Entries” will be accepted in case of network uncertainties, and this exception only applies at the “ENGENE ZONE” booth. 📢 Checking Your QR Code ▶️ Weverse Main – More – “Event Entries” [Important Notes] - The ENGENE ZONE is only available to ENGENE Membership holders who have tickets for the concert on the same day and have pre-applied. Multiple participation on the same concert date is not allowed. (Each Membership holder can participate once per day.) E.g., to visit the booth on Friday, October 24, you need to have a ticket for the 24th. You will not be able to enter the booth on Friday, October 24 with a ticket for the 25th. - You will be restricted from using the booth if you are discovered engaging in behaviors such as lining up after the booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence. Please make sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. - A valid physical ID card must include your picture, name, and DOB for verification. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. ** Valid forms of ID (must include a recognizable photo) For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE MEMBERSHIP, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - You will not be eligible to participate in the ENGENE ZONE if your ENGENE MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. (Your identity cannot be verified if you use a nickname in your ENGENE Membership or application form.) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. (If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation.) - For JP Membership holders, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. - You are prohibited from borrowing someone else’s ENGENE Membership Card or ID card to verify your identity. If anyone is found borrowing identity verification items from someone else, both the borrower and lender will be banned from participating in any future fan club events. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Collection: For identifying the eligibility to apply for the ENHYPEN Weverse Membership holder event. - Information Collected: Weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within 60 days after the termination of the fan event.
