The official merchandise can be purchased in two ways: on-site pickup after purchasing from Weverse Shop or on-site purchase. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. Actual amounts may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations. > There are a total of eight types of photo cards, one individual shot for each of the seven members, and one group shot. > Payments cannot be split or combined to qualify for gift eligibility. You will receive an additional photo card each time you reach a certain purchase amount threshold on the same receipt. [Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Pickup Products] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. You can pair your ENHYPEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 and OFFICIAL LIGHT BAND at the pairing booth in the venue. * You can easily pair it using the “ENHYPEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2” smartphone app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. Day 1 - Available starting at 4 pm, Thursday, October 23, 2025 (KST). Day 2 - Available starting at 9 pm, Friday, October 24, 2025 (KST). Day 3 - Available starting at 8 pm, Saturday, October 25, 2025 (KST). * Please make sure to insert three new AAA alkaline batteries before the concert. Please make sure to fully charge your OFFICIAL LIGHT BAND.
