ENHYPEN “DESIRE : UNLEASH” Open Music Show Participation Guide and Important Information [Information on MBC X UN <U&I CONCERT> Participation] Qualification: ENHYPEN Weverse ENGENE Membership holder * To participate in the event, the Membership used for pre-application must be valid until the event date. If your Membership is scheduled to expire between the date of your pre-application and the date of the event, please renew your Membership in advance. [Important Information] * Duplicate applications will be disqualified for participation. * Only those who are 15 years or older can participate in this application. * If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or APP of a Local Government Office) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card * Lending, borrowing, or forging an ID may be subject to legal penalties in accordance with the applicable laws. [Notice on Visitor Entry and Viewing] * You are only permitted to exit the venue once the entire program has concluded. * Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. * Taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited in the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. * A security inspection will be conducted for all audience members upon entry. Details regarding prohibited items will be individually notified to selected attendees. Admission may be restricted if you do not cooperate with the inspection. If you are found to possess or use prohibited items inside the audience area, you may be asked to leave. * Once you enter the venue, re-entry to the outside is not allowed. Restrooms are accessible inside the venue. * You can deliver your letters to the ENHYPEN members through the staff at the music show. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to read the notice. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Collection: For identifying the eligibility to apply for the ENHYPEN Weverse Membership holder event. - Information Collected: Weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within 60 days after the termination of the fan event. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. ※ Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties - Recipients: BELIFT LAB Inc., Weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Provision: For identifying the eligibility to apply for an event reserved for ENHYPEN Weverse Community members and verifying identity during the event and operation of the event - Information Provided: Name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within 60 days after the termination of the fan event.
