Period : - Shanghai: Monday, December 22, 2025 ~ Tuesday, January 6, 2026 - Shenzhen / Chengdu: Monday, December 22, 2025 ~ Sunday, January 11, 2026 2. Time : Daily 10:00 – 22:00 3. Locations : - Shanghai: Shanghai Jing'an Joy City, North Building, 3F Atrium - Shenzhen: Shenzhen Bay MixC (A Block B1F, China Resources Tower Art Center) - Chengdu: Chengdu The Atrium Mall Ⅰ , L1 ■ Admission Guide The 2026 SEASON'S GREETINGS POP-UP can be accessed via “Pre-reservation” or “On-site Reservation.” 1. Pre-reservation - Pre-reservation Website: CASTER STAR Mini Program - Pre-reservation Opening Schedule: *Shanghai: Saturday, December 20, 12:00 PM *Shenzhen: Saturday, December 20, 6:00 PM *Chengdu: Saturday, December 20, 8:00 PM - Pre-reservation Schedule (12 sessions daily - 60 minutes per session): *Dates requiring reservation entry: Monday, December 22, 2025 – Sunday, December 28, 2025 2. Pre-reservation Method - Log in using the ID registered on the CASTER STAR Mini Program. - Select your desired visit date and time on the reservation page to book. - After completing the reservation, you can check the details in <My – My Events>. - A reservation QR code must be presented on-site for entry. Screenshots of the QR code are not valid. 3. Notes Before Pre-reserving - Regardless of the entry time, usage is limited to the reserved session time. Please exit before the session ends. - Entry will be granted upon scanning the reservation QR code within the Mini Program. Screenshots are not valid. - Depending on the on-site situation, entry time may be later than the reserved time. 4. Entry Guide - Queuing begins 20 minutes before the session starts, and identity verification will take place before entry (Queuing for the 1st session may begin 30 minutes in advance). - For safety, the order of entry will be based on a first-come, first-served queuing method. - The Mini Program reservation QR code must be presented upon entry. Screenshots or shared images will not be accepted. - You can enter within your reserved session time. The usage time, regardless of entry time, concludes at the end of that session. ■ Usage Precautions 1. During the pop-up event, Season’s Greetings are limited to 2 sets per person per group. Merchandise items are limited to 5 units per item (based on SKU), with purchase quantities restricted. 2. Pop-up entry is limited to 1 time within the reserved session time. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving or exiting for the first time. 3. Exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are not accepted for purchased items. 4. If a purchased item has a defect, exchanges or refunds are only possible on the day of purchase, within the operating hours of the respective purchase area (Receipt must be presented). 5. Outside food is prohibited inside the venue. 6. Photography and video recording for non-profit purposes are allowed, but live streaming is prohibited. ■ Merchandise Purchase Guide 1. 2026 SEASON'S GREETINGS POP-UP merchandise can be purchased at the store within the pop-up. 2. The maximum purchase quantity per person for each item may change depending on inventory. 3. All items may sell out early. 4. To participate in all on-site giveaway events, splitting payments or combining multiple receipts is not allowed. 5. All transactions can be made using various payment methods, including cash. 6. If a product purchased on-site has a defect, exchanges or refunds are only possible on-site on the day of purchase. 7. Please check the quantity and defect status of the merchandise immediately with the on-site staff after purchase. ■ Event Guide 1. REWARD EVENT - Benefit Provision Conditions: *For every 299 CNY spent → 1 Photo Ticket provided *For every 599 CNY spent → 1 Additional Photo Ticket provided - Example of Benefit Quantity: *599 CNY spent: 3 Photo Tickets (299 CNY * 2 + 599 CNY additional 1) *899 CNY spent: 4 Photo Tickets (299 CNY * 3 + 599 CNY additional 1) *1199 CNY spent: 6 Photo Tickets (299 CNY * 4 + 599 CNY additional 2) *The amounts for 2026 SEASON'S GREETINGS and 2026 SEASON'S GREETINGS MD can be combined. *Benefits are limited to the receipt of the same day. Combining or splitting receipts is not allowed. *This event may end early when the benefits are exhausted. *Minor defects in photo cards resulting from the printing process are not eligible for exchange. 2. SNS EVENT - STAMP - 1 Stamp Event Card is provided upon entry to the Pop-up (1 per person). - Upon completing the stamp mission and posting on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) with the required hashtags (#SEASONSGREETINGS #HOLIDAY_HOUSE #CASTERSTAR, 1 out of 9 types of Season's Greetings Logo Stickers is provided (1 per person). - You can directly select the artist for the Logo Sticker. - This event may end early when the stickers / stamp event cards are exhausted. ■ Event Participation Guide 1. For merchandise quantity and defect confirmation, please check immediately with the on-site staff upon receiving the item. 2. All benefits are provided randomly, and exchanges due to a simple change of mind are not accepted. 3. All benefits will not be reissued if lost.
