We would like to provide you with some important information, including how to participate in the open music show for ENHYPEN’s 7th Mini Album, “THE SIN : VANISH.” Please read this notice thoroughly to ensure ENGENE's safe and pleasant viewing experience. The schedule and detailed information for each open music show will be provided in separate notices. How to Participate in the ENHYPEN “THE SIN : VANISH’ Open Music Show [Eligibility] You must satisfy both criteria to be eligible. 1) ENHYPEN Weverse ENGENE Membership holder 2) Purchaser of three or more “THE SIN : VANISH” albums - Only those who purchased “THE SIN : VANISH” from the Weverse Shop (KR) are eligible for application. - All versions of “THE SIN : VANISH” will be accepted except for the Weverse Albums ver., Voice Keyring Ver. - Including the purchase of [SHOWCASE] THE SIN : VANISH E.g. - Purchase 1 set of THE SIN : VANISH - Purchase 3 random copies of THE SIN : VANISH * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will not be available after the winner announcement. * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will be available after the application has closed but before winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. [How to Participate] * Duplicate applications will be disqualified. * The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application on time. - It is impossible to modify your application after clicking “Apply,” so please check the content before submitting. - Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from the start of the application period. * How to enter applicant info - Your surname / first name / contact details will be automatically entered based on the information you supplied when signing up for the ENGENE Membership. If the applicant’s information does not match the information on the ID, you will be unable to participate in the event. - Date of birth: Select the corresponding date from the calendar on the application page. (Please double-check the details before clicking “Apply” to ensure the selected date exactly matches the date on your ID.) - Consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties. - Make sure that all information has been entered in accordance with the guidelines and click “Apply.” [Important Information] * In accordance with the ENHYPEN Fan Etiquette Rules, participants who violate fan etiquette during this event may be subject to restrictions on participation. * If you are discovered to have won through fraudulent means, such as applying through an illegal program, paying for proxy application, applying through a third party, transferring an entry number that has been assigned to you, or receiving someone else’s number, the assigned entry number will not be recognized under any circumstances and you will be disqualified for participation and will be subject to the same disadvantages as event absentees. * Even if you win through the application, if you do not participate or exit in the middle of the event, you will not be allowed to participate in future “THE SIN : VANISH” open music shows. * Posting a screenshot of your application on social media may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share screenshots with others. (You will be penalized if you are reported for the above activities.) * The application is based on the server time. * If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. * Consent to the collection and use of personal information - Agent of collection: Weverse Company - Personal information provided to: BELIFT LAB - Purpose of collection: To check if a person is eligible to apply for the ENHYPEN Weverse ENGENE Membership event - Information collected: Name, contact details, email, date of birth - Period of retention and use: From the time of application to within 60 days after the event * However, if you are not a winner, the personal information you entered will be immediately discarded after the winners are announced. Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event if they do. [Identity Verification Information and Required Items] * If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. *Identity verification may not be possible outside the mentioned check-in time, depending on on-site circumstances. Please visit within the check-in time listed in the individual music program participation notice to complete your identity verification. If you arrive after the check-in time slot, you will be marked as late and assigned a number that comes after those of the regular participants. * In the case of missing required items, verification is possible if you prepare them before the end of the roll call time and come back for the identity verification. (The roll call ending time varies for each open music show, and it will be notified on-site.) 1) Purchase three or more “THE SIN : VANISH” from the Weverse Shop (KR) - The on-site staff will not check the actual album on the date of the event. 2) Membership valid on the day of the event - If your Membership is scheduled to expire between the date of your application and the date of the event, please renew your Membership in advance. You may be unable to participate in the event if your Membership has expired on or before the day of the event. 3) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS, or APP of a Local Government Office) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card 4) ENHYPEN Official Light Stick or Light Band - Your ID should match the information that you entered during the application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. - A Korean national holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the ENGENE Membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - We do not accept student IDs. - Only the valid IDs are accepted. - If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. - An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified, and additional proof of identity may be asked on-site. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of an agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. Example. Name on ID: 양엔진 -> Name on application: 양엔진 (O) / YANG ENGENE (X) Name on ID: YANG ENGENE -> Name on application: 양엔진 (X) / YANG ENGENE (O) * Please be aware that the lending, theft, or forgery of an ID is subject to legal punishment under applicable laws. [Notice on Visitor Entry and Viewing] 1) You are only permitted to exit the venue once the entire program has concluded. If you leave the venue before the program ends, causing a conflict with the broadcasting station, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club exclusive seats and more. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guide to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 3) Depending on the situation on-site, the time and number of individuals allowed to enter may be altered, so please check the notice issued on-site. For pre-recorded shows, the recording time may vary depending on the situation of the broadcasting station. Please keep this in mind when applying for the event. 4) Taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited in the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. This is to ensure ENGENE's safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. * If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. The company will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue. You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. 5) Individual cheering tools other than the official light sticks and Light Bands are not permitted in the ENHYPEN fan club seats. If you use individual cheering tools, you may be asked to stop by the on-site staff. 6) If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. 7) If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant music show and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. 8) If you engage in behaviors that may endanger your safety or the safety of others, such as rushing to the artists' vehicles while ENHYPEN members are moving, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. 9) You can deliver your letters to the ENHYPEN members through the staff at the music show. Other than letters, no other kind of gifts are permitted. If necessary, this notice may be partially amended or supplemented based on the situation on-site. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to read the notice. * This notice is valid from the date of its release until the “Notice on How to Participate in Open Music Shows” for the next released album is posted.
